Thank you ma'am. Lol, yes I did promise but this new development got me a bit anxious and I had to comment again. It's not a training, it's a semi-permanent posting, which means I could stay up to 4 years or more outside the shores of the country. Of course, I dont intend to resign until I get an appointment letter and probably commence documentation with DPR. However, I'm concerned about missing the interview due to my unavailability. I would rather I attend the interview and try my best than miss it outrightly. My present employer is great but remains a private coy that can disengage at will. Like you said, I can only join others in prayer hoping the interview will hold next month. Thanks again.

If you were observant enough, you may have noticed I intentionally evaded this same question asked by another person earlier. I have never been a proponent of the state of your portal being a determinant to your fate as regards interview invites. Disclosing the state of my portal will give room for speculators to share their opinion and I'm not interested. As regards the state of my portal, I have the info I need, what I need now is for DPR to send invites next month unfailingly. Cheers!

My office just informed us today that some of the staff will be posted to our international operations in the USA, Spain, UK, South Africa or Kenya. My name appeared on the list although I'm yet to know the particular country I may be posted to until Nov. 6th when postings will be effected.

As a result of this new development, I just called the DPR to explain my situation. Once I leave the country, returning without the company's directive (i.e for any personal purpose) will mean I will have to bear the cost of flight ticket all by myself and even risk a cut in salary. The lady who spoke with me at DPR was very polite but said she cannot a particular timeline for the interview. The only thing she said was "if it is not this november, then it has to be January because it can definitely not be december". She understood my dilemma but couldnt say much and just advised me to pray we are invited next month. I should be happy right now but I'm indifferent.

This thread is now doing more harm than good. If we continue like this, the thread may lose its relevance and people may be forced to source for info.from other groups or forum.

Why is it so hard to keep ur opinions, speculations, permutations, inferences and conclusions to yourselves? Them no use hot water press una mouth wen una small? For heaven's sake, we have been saying; let DPR be the jury. Till then, keep your opinions to yourselves.

I called a top director who works at the HQ on Saturday. I was embarrased after the conversation. I said we are hearing speculations, he said from where? I answered "an online forum". He asked who created the forum? Is there any DPR HR personnel there? Is the forum or whatsapp group the mouth piece of DPR? He concluded by saying, relax, those are mere speculations!

I wonder why anyone would even let the opinion of speculators make them uneasy. Make una go rest abeg. This is my last post till interview invites start flooding in. Then we will discuss again. Best of luck!

Its of the truth that arguing about open or closed portal wouldn't change anything as it is normal, by experience, to deduce that it is likely those that got the notification for the update that would eventually move to the next stage; going by inference and experience with similar previous instances.

As for those that got this update mails and messages, remember, "the race is not of him that runeth, neither of him that willeth but of the Lord that showeth mercy..." And that you didn't get this notification, does not imply that you are not good nor that God has forsaken you...He has even better plans for you. Also, remember that patience is painful, that is why it is a virtue and He is faithful and careful not to take it nor those that demonstrate it for granted.

Contribute your efforts to support and see through, those into this race at this time; for you will someday come to this river and I see a very present help awaiting to take you across, for a testimony.

The people viewing this thread every minute, apart from the guests, are far more higher than those who have commented here for the past 2 weeks cumulatively. They seem smarter than some of us here. They would hardly comment but get the right information that will favour them without letting their own secret out here, and then they would vanish into thin air. During the time some people were busy sending their DPR(Snapnet) "Aptitude Test Questions" that they wrote on Nairaland in the name of "Love your neighbour as yourself", in a faceless forum that nobody knows you, these silent guests/visitors got what they wanted, studied and prepared very well(without sending to you what they knew) and scored higher than you the good samaritan and might probably get to the next stage leaving you behind on nairaland to be abusing yourselves on hourly basis. The people that will bear the greatest pain if they didn't get to the next stage, are those that disobeyed the Commandment: They loved their neighbours MORE THAN themselves INSTEAD of loving their neighbours AS themselves.

Please search harder for it. They dont issue replacement waec certificates except you know top staff at waec and you're highly connected. In the interim, get a police report and court affidavit. Proceed to waec to get a confirmation of result from them (more like a letter showing u truly wrote the waec exam and the grades u got). However, keep searching while trying to flashback on your recent movements. If you are certain it got missing on transit, visit radio stations and use social media to solicit for its return if found by anyone. It's a good thing you have the soft copy. Keep that safe.
I lost my nysc certificate in a public transport and never got it back despite visiting radio stations and using social media to solicit for its return if found. I wonder what any1 would use it for though. Good luck.

just as EngrVin has rightly said, it's the LGA of your State of Origin. As for the dropdown issue, I'll advise you use a PC (not mobile device) and a good browser like chrome or up-to-date firefox. If this issue persists, place a call to the DPR helpdesk. That way, your issue may be promptly addressed compared to when sending a mail which may not be attended to.

But wait o, why would you even want to change your LGA? Is it that you made an error earlier or you're trying to play smart? No offence please

Looking at those who were sent mails by DPR. You'll deduct that some:
1. uploaded more than required(i.e GT=3, EH=5, this is the actual number of documents required).
2. uploaded not accordingly as stated but instead in reverse(normal arrangement= NYSC Cert, A-Level Result Cert, SSCE for GT).
3. uploaded irrelevant documents like ND Cert, Transcript, Testmonial, etc.
4. double uploaded their documents(i.e Nysc cert, SSCE, each being two on their profile).
5. having personal(i.e name, age, gender, etc) mismatch, which doesn't correspond to 1 or more of their documents.
Hence, they were asked to update/edit. However, the recent NLNG recruitment, some persons were asked for updates. I wasn't, yet I was invited for the test.
Pls, debunk rumuors that you are out till DPR start sending invite mails. Quote me, DPR would NEVER close your application without sending you a regret mail. They are organised people, wait till the mails start coming before you conclude your fate. All we need now is "Patience."

Recall that while some were outrightly rejected before the aptitude test, the application status of many others remained inconclusive (by not being invited nor rejected) but later received rejection notices.

Thus, in a similar fashion, it can be deduced that those with inaccessible profiles may have been dropped while those who can login but received no sms/email may still be contacted, although this is highly unlikely.

The deduction above is not meant to make people feel bad but please and please whatever happens, accept that it was meant to be.

Even with this epistle, you have not said anything important that has not been said before. Do you guys just derive orgasm from sharing speculations? I remember an interview I attended sometime last 2 year. We spent less than 5 minutes each with the interview panel. There was a particular lady who dressed to show her sensitive parts. Guess what? She spent over 20 minutes with the panel. We exchanged numbers after the interview and when I called her, she told me the head of admin was always calling her to invite her for a date but she wouldnt honour the invite cos she wasnt interested. Well, few weeks later, she got the job. I'm not saying anything happened oooo.....I'm just admiting that she was the most qualified amongst us.
