Avoided soya beans in the past because of this but somehow I learnt that fermentation does reduce it to a certain level. Would still like to learn more. |

Happy Sunday to all the mamas. May the grace of the Lord be sufficient for us In this journey. For those of us battling with Metallic tastebuds may we overcome it so as to enjoy our Sunday rice and chicken |
momokiddies:Well my friend had her second baby about 11 months after the first baby both with cs. Since the fibroid was removed during the delivery then there is hope . In as much as u need to talk to us Dr, it's first of all what u want. Do u want to keep the baby? If the answer is yes, then have this at the back of ur mind: > yes ur bomb and body can carry a healthy baby, I 've seen it before >chances are high for birthing the baby without complication but with good medicare > u need to have positive thaughts and make positive confessions on ur self and ur baby > the delivery is definitely going to be through cs > if apart from the fibroid u had no further complication during the healing process then u re ok and u can make it > it's not an easy journey but with God on ur side u will come out with song of praise and thanksgiving > u are not alone on this, some has had similar experience and some are experiencing it now > u can do it if u believe it. All the best dear. |
jumy16:Just go to the hospital ma. Surely it's a sign of something good and it will end in praise. |
bulunton:Well it depends on weather it's normal delivery or cs. First of all stock ur house with all the essentials to last u for at least 3weeks. As long as it's normal delivery then u need not worry all u need is to have a can do spirit, u can be back on ur feet just about immediately after delivery that's if u have no complication as we pray there would be noon. Forget the mentality that u need someone to bath ur baby for u, It's out of fashion already. U can sit on a small chair place ur baby on ur laps and bath him/her in ur bathroom with the water splashing on the flour there is no big deal about in it ,it will get better by the day just be the child firmly with one hand and use low chair to avoid slipping of ur grip. U can as well bath urself but may ask ur hubby to massage u with hot water whenever he is available. Eat whatever u can get and before u realise it, it would be months already. It's all a mind thing so be strong sis u are not in it alone. Lol me am always hyperactive after delivery in fact after my last baby I embarked on a 4 hours journey less than an hour after delivery cos I was already set for the journey and labour started at the takeoff of the journey. Wishing u all the best. |
zeezaa:Congratulations mama and welcome to ur prince Charming. May he be a source of joy and happiness to u and ur family. |
ugochiada:With so much argument on what malaria medication best suite a pregnant women, one may begin to wonder where to actually run to in the incidence of malaria during pregnancy. However no matter how cautious we want to be we must not forget that malaria is a killer disease if left untreated. In my case for instance, I had malaria at my 8th weeks of pregnancy. I took the symptoms for normal pregnancy symptoms and felt I could manage. Yes I managed it for one week after, which I didn't no when I was wheeled to the emergency . I was admitted and administered several iv fluid along with Arthesunate iv. At this point I was begging for my life because I have never been as terrified as I was then. Yes my Dr told me arthesunate is quite safe for managing malaria in pregnancy. Since then I 've been on my feet and all symptoms gone. In all when the maleria seems life threatening, we should trust our Drs, pray and hope for the best. @ugochiada it would be nice if u consult a gyne but where non is available and u are feeling unwell then u may just try the prescription u have cos it may not be the first time the prescription is being used by the personnel at the health center. Wishing u all the best. |
Jina24:Present cappo. It's been a while hope u are doing great. Thank God as I can't wait to say bye to 1st trimester. As for routine drugs hmm I must confess I have not been taking mine o, my mind still dey deceive me pray i change. |
Joyfulgal:Lol abeg FART ON!!! Never heard anyone being diagnosed with excessive"farting" disorder. |
zaynie:I concur. Joyfulgal I have been on afang diet for over a week. Just about the only food I can eat with joy and satisfaction more than 3 times a day. And am about 13weeks. As our faces are different so also our bodies |
Also @ Helens101 get ur self busy with ur house chores, go for walks if possible on staircase but walk, eat pineapples. In all don't stress to the point u gasp for breath. Had my first baby at 41 weeks plus and she was super fine . |
Helens101:Don't worry mama. Stay strong and positive no need to panick yet. First babies often exceed 40 weeks in some cases. There is still time. However induction is not a bad faith neither does it make u less a mum or steal it joy as a mother. Keep positive mindset. Cheers waiting ur BA soonest. |
Cyanda:Wow this is beautiful. Congratulation mama and baby. A very special thank you for birthing me a birthday mate. Dear princess, the glory of the Lord is upon u, u shall blooms like the tree planted by the riverside. Welcome baby. |
DrDhe:Wow that good news. Abeg make sure u don't allow our precious resources to waist o especially in this era. |
[quote author=Jina24 post=71185678]Amen and Amen @the bolded, same with me. Good to know you're doing great teamie. At the bolded baby wants to announce his/her presence early. Amen to the prayers.[/quote Just seeing this thanks teamiebut the thing dey do me jigi jigi for mind cos I no want wey ppl go start to worry me at 6/7 month cos if the size of the belle .All the same it will end in praise. More strength to our waist on this journey. |
DrDhe:It is well my dear, this will surely pass. Have u tried using syringe to pull the nipples though they said it's painfull. Hope it's not both miles, then continue with the one that is out while u keep working on the I inverted one. Have met a no of women's who breastfed their baby with just one breast. Cos the baby eventually rejects the breast that gives them stress. All the same continue to put the baby on the inverted nipple even if it's just for putting sake. With time the nipple will be out. Kisses to ur lo. |
DrDhe:My dear the breast milk struggle is not funny, is ur breast flowing or ur baby is go ding it difficult to latch? What ever the case is don't hesitate to start infant formula pending when u establish u can support ur baby well with breast milk. It doesn't make less a mum don't listen to side talks. START FORMULA. |
jumy16:U just need to be strong, have faith and hope for the best. Ur baby may most likely still turn so don't conclude. All the same be optimistic that whatever the case is mummy and baby would come out safe and sound. |

I know is not easy taken drugs but please try to take it for our baby's sake okay. For your Edd thank God you're sha still in our month
