Is the agent a licensed immigration consultant ? If not your friend may be at his mercy as all entries made pre and post ITa are logged to GCMS and if their is any discrepancy in information the applicant may risk being accused on misrepresentation.

thanks for your response. i believe she's licensed. There's no discrepancy in what she put in initially, he just wants to do this by himself. i noticed you can link an application but it requires the cancellation of the representative - he may end up doing that.

My friend fell out with his agent, and asked her to withdraw his EE profile. Unfortunately, he doesn't even have any details of the application. How does he go ahead with a new profile without the old number?

I wanted to advise him to create a new profile and delete it. So he can create another new one referencing the one he deleted. I am not sure if this is the best advice and decided to seek help from you all instead.

Your post refers to only one transit or stop over.

If you are transiting in Paris CDG plus another EU airport e.g Amsterdam Schipol, you would be denied boarding in Nigeria if you do not have a schengen or transit visa.

As per getting a transit visa, is it worth the stress? In addition to it not being guaranteed, why would you want to take the risk? I think it's better to buy a ticket with one stop-over in Europe than go through the hassle of obtaining a transit visa, except you are saving lots of money on the tickets.

Just a little clarification please. Does this apply to a PR travelling to Lagos with two stops in Europe? in this case, stopover in Paris and Amsterdam?

They offered me job to work remotely, but in my mind something doesn’t feel right.

1. The Hr Director sent me an email even when I didn’t apply for the job, no major interview.


2.I have checked the hr Director profile on LinkedIn it exist but for a HR Director the profile is incomplete. I added the HR Director no response, I sent a message no response

3. I did a check on Canadian business directory with information on the offer letter She sent me, the business does not exist.

4. I checked online the company has a website, they are into IT stuff which is kinda of my field.

5. I did a domain lookup and discovered the site domain name was just register it in May 2019 which raised a red flag for me.

6. The company financial transactions are in bitcoin. I have check canadian’s position on bitcoin but I can’t find anything illegal.

7. The weekly salary looks too good to be true and you know what they say when something is too good to be true ( My wife dey talk say na God favour).


I beg for those in Ontario do you know if this company or does this address exist ?
