64446: That's not how NNPC works. lol. It can be budgeted for but there's still a process before you get paid. As the money comes in, HQ accounts has to determine what to pay after salaries, outstanding payments to vendors, claims from staff etc. It is all not paid at once. So like i said, the last couple of weeks there were no funds allocated to that. expect payments to resume from this week to next week 2 Likes |

Don’t worry about T fare. Payment will resume this week at least, next week most. Once salaries are paid, extra funds are used to sort out these outstanding |
lol. NNPC HR Staff do not have a say when the APL's are released. The list is already compiled and concluded no changing that. the GMD is in Abu Dhabi as we speak for the Gas week. APL will come when it comes. There have been different dates flying around and no one knows for sure when exactly. Fact is the process has been concluded, list is ready. Even the Senate created an adhoc committee to investigate the recruitment. All these could have slowed down the process. Remember i spoke about the National Assembly angle here. Thats what is currently holding it up but it shouldnt take much to clear 5 Likes 1 Share |

vyke2008:
The original 3b post is right. The issue is that warri refinery support staff are upset because most of them do not meet the qualifications and its they threatened industrial action. meetings have been held to try and wade in on this matter. In addition, the alert and APL matter are not related at all. The way NNPC works is claims are put in and paid at different times depending on the signatories available and funding. So there is no set formula on how you will be paid except through the way it is batched via SAP. 1 Like |

Nigerians are so gullible. Getting what information. You probably have never worked in a public or corporate office before. There is never any print copy of financial impropriety. Everything is done in the secret of the night. All this supposed NNPC cleanup is just a struggle for the golden goose.
I think you are the gullible one. Do you think all the deals done under komolafes watch as the group general manager comd are not traceable? Do you believe he didn't keep a record of all the shady transactions he did under the last regime? He is covering his tracks and to save his soul he has to spill all he knows . |

Pleas elets not get it twisted. why didnt PDP release the call log on Justice Salami for that whole period? why did they select? do u really think some PDP members were not calling Justice Salami? even the lead counsel to Oyinlola and Segun Oni's appeal had his phone number in the PDP log. so what does this show? both parties are guilty. |

johndoe200: Sorry Sir, but i think you might be the one speaking rubbish here. The rules have changed. While it was common for OBJ to recall all ambassadors and have his numerous aides vote on the convention ground, the rules for this PDP convention only allow ELECTED appointees to be delegates. Unless you are elected by the people in whatever capacity, thats the only way you can be a delegate. So aides, ministers etc are not going to be able to vote in this convention. |

Politics / Re: Ekwueme: PDP Agreed On Rotational Presidency by panalyst(m): 4:00pm On Jul 01, 2010 |
I will mention a few things about this and i wont tell you how i know but believe this is the real situation at hand. In 1998 when the whole zoning issue was discussed, the Northerners vehemently rejected it. They were against it and it took the pleading of Ekwueme and co to finally convince them that power should roate from the North to the South. Despite this, Abubakar Rimi said he was running. He was told by the leadership of the PDP at that time that he could run but his votes would not matter. He still insisted on running and that was to get Kano votes which were the largest bloc at that time and use that to negotiate to be OBJ's VP. We all know how that turned out. If there was no zoning, i dont see why PDP has an overwhelming amount of Southern Presidential candidates as opposed to the North. In 2003, Ekwueme ran because it was zoned to the South. Keyword South. Atiku was never going to run. He was either going to stick with BABA or run as Ekwueme's VP who had already agreed in principle with Atiku that he would do one term. Barnabas Gemade who ran knew the deal as well. Which gets me back to the current point, everyone is saying we should forget about zoning and thats just because of the North. Can we honestly honestly HONESTLY say that if the North pull together and pick a candidate from the South East, South West or South South as their VP, they wont win? Some people are short sighted. Remember if theres no zoning and power somehow gets back to the North, we will be the same set of people complaining that the North have had it for too long. |
Politics / Re: Mark, Bankole's Jobs In Danger? by panalyst(m): 7:12pm On Feb 05, 2010 |
i have a question to all of u complaining about the zoning issue. What happens if there was no zoning and then the North as they are all united decided to put up a candidate every four years for elections? would you complain if the President always came from the North since North is more of a unit and the south is divided into yorubas, igbos and the midwest? |

The whole first 5 lines of "give it to me" were biggie's rhymes, Kanye has bitten Jay. Cassidy has bitten Jay Illegal music is exactly what it is ILLEGAL. the point of the mixtape is lifting people's beats to wrap over, So really if u dont like dude, jus say so but to be accusing him of something which is accepted in hip hop ( when its not even a whole paragraph) then theres a problem |

Kobojunkie: Kobo, this is what apparently happened according to CNN (anderson cooper. the best political team in the world.lol.) Basically, Keneddy was unsure of who to support. He is the patriach of the democratic party so his opinion is widely respected especially among core democrats. He initially planned to remain neutral till the end of the primaries. Clintons had solicited him for his support and when he told them he was not sure, they begged him to remain neutral. After the whole South Carolina debacle, He got really mad about Bill Clinton's involvement and the whole racial issues coming into it. As a democrat leader, he didnt want the race to go that way and so he called Clinton, The story according to one of Andeersoon Cooper's political analyst on CNN was that kennedy ended the conversation angrier than he was when he made the call. Apparently Clinton had been justifiying his position. With that, he realised Hilary would be too divisive and would not be able to win with the republicans, |

I can see whats going on, being a political analyst (panalyst) let me break it down to u, The speaker is smart, very smart. He had his certificate but he waited when all the rumours were growing. He waited for all the noise to come up. y? because when the rumours came up, if he produced his certificate, he would not have known who was behind it. Now that the rumours turned to shouts and accusations because he kept quiet, he can now see those who were bringing this matter up. Now he has produced it but he knows his enemies in the house, Theywill probably get a silly commiteee, who tell u say military tactics no de work, lol |
