Op, I can understand your plight.
The reason is that an average Nigerian girl is not interesting to be with and to make matters worse, they don't even make attempts to improve on themselves since they believe that only the guy has the responsibility to bring everything into the relationship---the fun, the funds, etc. Many of them can't even hold conversations.

So, after enduring a few months of boredom, it is only natural for you to lose interest.

I dated Blessing for three years. She took in and was scared. She had this strong reputation in church and amongst her peers. I assured her I was happy with the pregnancy and told her to keep. But I could tell she wasn't. She had her reputation to protect. Sensing that, I quickly moved to engage her. I put a ring on her and told her I wanted us to start planning our introduction. I guess it all happened so fast. She asked for space to think all of what was going on. Only for her to show up after three weeks telling me that she had aborted the child. I was down and heart broken......
