What kind of Potato. Sweet or Irish. |
Dear Osibanjo, Don’t you feel terrible having to tell lies and be a part of the failure called Buhari. Look at everything on that list and tell yourselves the truth. To think that you are even listing AZura as something the FG can take credit for just goes to show how far much this government has done absolutely nothing. AZura is a 100% private sector project that was started in 2013 and the current FG hasn’t lifted a stone to the benefit of AZura You talk about Lagos Ibadan railway and claim construction has started. Why the lies now?? They haven’t even started clearing the grass talkless of laying tracks and you continue to lies that it would be completed in dec 2018. These lies are too much. It gets to a point where you need to tell yourself some truth even though you are a liar. This Government has made itself into a lying professor. |
Dear Nigerians, The biggest heist in Nigeria's history is probably on going in this regime. |
It’s a good question. Anybody that understands international geopolitics would see that a very big hand is definitely involved. Me I’m not interested in who the big hand is because the big hand can only achieve its aim when small hands (our failed politicians) give the big hands(The Western powers and Middle East) the arsenal required to perpetuate evil. It’s sad that while countries are discussing the fourth industrial revolution and all its attributes like AI, Machine learning, Driverless cars, etc, we are allowing ourselves to be controlled and manipulated by dying men who care nothing for the future generations. It’s very possible that the powers that be are looking for a battle ground like Syria and they have long chosen Nigeria as thier most ideal location and thier plots keep failing. I think they underestimate the Nigerian capacity for useless resilience and resistance to pain and suffering. A more likely factor is that there certain resources most likely of immense value in the future that lay underneath Nigeria/Cameroon/Niger axis that we know nothing about but is well known to the powers that be. Many more likely scenarios but surely there is an orchestrated plan to Balkanize the country that keeps failing. |
Hmmmmmmm!!! |
The worst governor in Nigeria without question is Okowa. The man is a gross failure that has no single capacity. Delta state is in Big trouble. His failures have made Uduaghan look like a super hero. Look at the list there. In 3 years, you have 37 very tiny streets most of which are less than 1 kilometer and are located in rural areas that nobody can verify. Warri and Asaba the two economic centers of the state have only two inner city streets on the list. These two cities are so pothole ridden that you marvel at the wickedness that Okow represents. In 3 years and budgets of over almost N800 Billion(2015: N327Bn, 2016=N265Bn, 2017=N295Bn) and you have constructed 37 rural roads and you are proud. Even if N100 million is spent per kilometer, those 37 roads would cost barely N3.7 billion. Isnt iut just pure wickedness. Go to Edo State and see what Obaseki has done in less than 1 year as governor. |
Obaseki is doing wonders in Edo. Everybody is asking where he is getting the money to execute his projects. Its just amazing how fast he is moving. |
What a terrible and pathetic kind of reasoning. Your support is not predicated on any form of growth that the state has failed to experience, but strictly on geo-political sentiments. Whoever you are, you are a terrible tribalist. Okowa is the biggest failure that has happened to Delta state. In the 3 years that the man has been governor, he hasn't done anything whatsoever but to share money amongst politicians. Nobody cares about all the tribal considerations you mentioned. People just want development and Okowa is probably the worst governor in the whole country. He would be booted out in 2019. Delta state has been terribly unfortunate with leaders. And that is because of sycophants like the writer who chose to sell thier soul for a piece of bread. |
Nice idea.I have always thought the Church has the strongest power to make immense impact in the Nigerian space. Imagine 1000 big churches motivate 100 members to contribute N5000 monthly for the development of Hospitals. That would provide N500,000,000 monthly. With an average budget of N100 million per hospital, we can build 5 well equipped mini sized hospitals monthly that can take care of the most regular ailments people experience. The big question would now be, who will fund the management of these hospitals. And the answer is easy. Each hospital would own a plantation whose proceeds would be used to run the administrative functions of the hospitals. For the main operations of the hospital, 10 churches closest to that hospital can be saddled with the responsibility of providing resources that would cater to its needs. @op These are just basic ideas to show that your thoughts are as practical as possible. We just need someone to start the movement to make it happen. |
6pax:You are a victim of propaganda. This government has not laid 5 km of rail track anywhere in the country. If you know of any please let me know. This government has not built 100km of roads anywhere. If you know of any please share with me the details. |
obailala:I have been on the Abuja-Kaduna train. It doesn’t run through a desert. It runs through a very rocky terrain which should makes it even more expensive and time consuming. About Lagos Ibadan expresssway, you know that the truth is Fashola has done little or nothing on that road compared to how he received it from the previous administration. I judge the work from the Shagamu to Lagos axis. Haven’t been to Ibadan for the last 3 years. Back to the topic: if they haven’t started clearing land, is it laying track that would take that they want to complete in 1 year? Are you not just tied of the lies? |
ddonolu:If you read that article, you'd realise that they havent even cleared the land not to talk of laying tracks. If in 3 years and ordinary Lagos-Ibadan expressway which the previous government had gone more than half hasnt even progressed at all, is it a rail line that they havent even cleared bush that they want to completed before 2019?? If that was how Jonathan wasted time with the Kaduna Abuja rail, would we have had that rail completed?? |
We are watching. Fashola and Buhari should do nothing whatsoever to scuttle Ambode’s and Dangote’s planned 12,000 MW plan for 24hr power supply to Lagos. We are watching. It always starts like this. |
And none of those 55 officers have been prosecuted and you have the audacity to open your dirty mouth as EFCC Chairman. Get out of here and go do your job. We don’t want to hear all your nonsense! |
All I can say is Buhari assembled a team that is as dumb as himself. He sent out his messengers to go accross the country to search for a team as dumb as himself. Listen to this guy. When you are through, go and listen to Akinwunmi Adesina, Jonathan’s minister of Agriculture who is now AfDB chairman. You will understand why Nigeria is undergoing the mess it is in currently. |
Nice. Where is your farm located. |
Truth is there is only one person that fits the bill and can conviniently kick out Buahri in 2019. That person is Dangote. And we should beg him to run. He has a track record of success in all his endeavours. He has done what the federal government has failed to do for the last 40 yeARS. |
samuk:Pls can you share a link to the documentary. I’d love to watch it. |
gare:Gelegele seaport. It is tied to the Benin Industrial Park project which would see lots of Agro Allied companies set up shop to process raw materials and move the value added goods through the port to the rest of the world. |
lionjungle3000:Well, I won’t respond to you the way you wrote. I would just ignore and be civil. The problem with this kind of victim mentality is that it accords so much power to your perceived enemies which automatically suppresses your own power. The rule of the game is to ensure that you don’t have to depend on the FG for anything concrete. The problem with every other port in Nigeria is that they are all import dependent. Everybody views port operations from the perspective of how they can access goods from overseas. If you tweak that perspective and start thinking how you can ship goods first to other African countries and then subsequently to the rest of the world, then you’ll be unto something. Lagos ports that everybody complains about doesn’t even export one tenth of what Onne and Delta ports export. These 2 ports control 85% of Nigeria’s exports even though it’s just oil. The great thing about the Gelegele port plan is that it is tied to the massive industrial park which is already being built. And the industrial park is tied to AZura power plant which has been fully built. And the AZura plant is tied to the presence of a gas pipeline hub in Oben that connects much of the gas in the Niger Delta to the rest of the country. So yes, I think the hegemony up North would try to prevent this from happening, but the Governor is smart and has Dangote heavily invested and we all know that anything Dangote touches moves with speed. So yes, this will see the light of day. |
This guy is a doer. While other states would typically be begging the federal government to come and build for them, Obaseki is pushing ahead and ahead. Edo State would be the first state to successfully build a world class Port. The beauty is that the Gelegele Port is not built with imports in mind but with exportation of manufactured Agro/ Allied Produce. The port is tied to the N200billion Benin Industrial Park which is already being built. The park is tied to the 1000MW AZura power project. The first phase of 450MW has been test run and would be ready for commissioning in a few months. |
Owerri is nice. My comment is coming . |
I'm coming. |
progress69:Zombies are incurable. There is no remedy to thier ailment! |
Olalan:If there was some element of truth to what Saharareporters indicated which included the narrative that she is now homeless, please how is this video possible?? That website called Saharareporters is a disgrace to any form of journalism. They obviously collect money from people to release malicious content about thier rivals |
Interesting revelations that seem to vindicate the Jonathan government. |
As in, you stopped where Jonathan left off and you cannot continue. Isnt it a a shame! |
Nuzo1:Interesting point. There is no European city on the list. Also the most liveable cities in the world like Vancouver, Melbourne. Zurich, Vienna et al are all absent from the list. I love skyscrapers though. |
I am glad they bought new locomotives! It was needed as that route was running just two trains daily which was terribly inadequate. Now this is my take... Jonathan spent 4 years and completed this train line. He also completed the Abuja light rail to 68% completion as Buhari acknowledged in his new year day speech. He also went pretty far with the new airport terminals at the Abuja, Lagos and Enugu airports. My question to you Buhari, which project will you hand over to the new government coming in in 2019 as it certain you are not coming back. All the things you listed on new years day that you want to start doing, is it in 2018 election year that you will give out the contract or were you hoping that despite your terrible perfomamnce you would be voted back in 2019? You budgeted a total of N4 trillion in 2016(N1.8T) and 2017(N2.2T) for capital projects. That is a whooping $13 billion. That money would have built us 2600km of rail lines at the price which Jonathan used in building the Abuja -Kaduna rail. It cost $875 million to build the rail line of 195km. That is an average of $4.48 million per km. Or for better comparison, the Lekki Ikoyi link bridge was N29 billion. 4 Trillion Naira would have built 137 of such massive bridges. But you know what, there isnt anywhere in the country where 100km of road have been completed since you came in. Where has all that money(N4 Trillion) gone to. |
That simply means Amaechi is the one who organized the killings. Simply to make it look like Wike is not managing the security situation in the state. In PH, people always refer to Amaechi as a cultist, I never used to understand. It’s looking clearer now |
PDP should forget Lagos. Ambode is the best Governor in Nigeria. |
ConsensusGroup:Our aim is to “transcend and supersede” are mere English words. You can just use “do more than”. My point is, you have said nothing about how you intend to “transcend and supersede”. And that creates an impression that you just want to build a political group without any plans. You made a declaration that you would raise our per capital GDP to $12000. Tell us how. |
