I just had a arguement with my engineer. he was inisting i buy Bua cement rather than Dangote for tiling BUT i told him what is important to me is the avaialability and cost of the cement and not the brand. i also told him i have used dangote cement for tiling purposes in the past.

The engineer was aruguement was that Tilers prefer Bua and i told him how can you an engineer be swallowing hook, line and sinker what people say without a valid reason why?

Please am i wrong by saying i will be using dangote cement for my tiling work? please correct me if am i wrong

How many AC and water heater do you have per building?6 water heater and10 ACs
Do you have an inverter/solar Distribution board? we have plan for one as an additional back up apart from the generator

Buyiing direct from manufactuerer is preferable because of the margins in comparison to buying from open market where one will not be sure of the quality.

5 by 3 H channel

3 by 1½" H channel for the load beam


2" angle iron 4mm thick

5 by 3 clits

18 guage pan


For the foundation you need

4ft 1" bolt

Angle clits

12 by 12 by 10mm base plate

As for the price, I can't say anything about it cause it varies from place to place. I do hope you understand

then you should do 36ft tall tank. Anything above that and the tank will look like a child that wear "oversized clothes" for Christmas. 36ft plus 1ft which will come from the base foundation is enough to give the water maximum pressure

I am about to open a discussion with a welder and if i have a basic understanding of the materials and cost estimate it will enable me have a quality negotiation with the welder.

budget 750,000. Initially I thought you were doing for commercial purposes that carries at least six tanks. But what's the height of the building that will need 40ft. Kindly note that you need at least three storey building to use this type of height

The height of the building is 36ft and its a 2 storey building

2 tanks of 2,000 liters and 1,500 liters respectively.

NGN 7,000 per meter and the depth is 103 meter, the 3 meter ontop of the 100m i paid for was jara

We gave a furniture maker NGN 200,000 as advance out of NGN 250,000 to make a set of chairs on the 1st Dec 2020. The. Furniture maker gave us as 20 Dec 2020 to deliver..

After so many promise and fail, we learnt today that the furniture maker made the furnitures but sold it and kept lying to us giving one excuse or the other.

It's really annoying and painful because he traded with my 200, 000 making profits and still he has not delivered the order from Dec 20, 2020 till now.

How can I get this furniture maker to feel the pain I am going thru because of his dishonesty and wickedness.

Will getting him to arrested be an option that would be effective?

Please I need suggestions because if this people are not made to bear the consequences of their actions, such behavior will continues with more people falling victim.
