Indians are good at meeting their targets but their employees wit go tru hell wit no recognition for their efforts.. They are d worst employers of labor cos they ve no regards for human capital, they rather employ casual workers at cheap rate and fire them at will and employ again. They are master of causal labor, for an employee they are our worst nightmare cos there will be stagnation of career, no training or development, they don't regard ur degree. I was once asked why I was reading my Masters program to dem its a waste, they are ready to increase ur working hrs and half u pay ( airtel staff ). They do not practise human resources management but personal management where they re concerned wit ur performance rather dan looking at human capital as d most impo factor of production. They will neva motivate u, they pass their msg across verbally rather than written so if they do not honor it u have no prove. They are poor minded and sleezy pple dat I pray I neva get in contact with again in my life.

Imajin someone invited for an interview and when he arrives he sees indians and d first tin he says is dis FUCKERS are here and walks out. Now dis person resigned from an indian infested company and at dat moment was unemployed. Dats how bad it is , I worked for one then resigned myself and ever since prayed to GOD neva to cross path wit such poverty stricken minded pple . Pls take note am referring to d ones dat I worked for not d indian popu at large

A friend of mine noted he received an email from nimc help desk inviting him for training/documentation. So my advice is we all clear our email box n charge our fones cos I believe d process is not half way yet and our God is not asleep.

Someone received his sms dis evening, level 8 and officer post. Training 24th- 26th so there is still hope for us

So far only two positions as far as I know have received d life changing sms enrolment n reg officer and admin officer level 8 LG.. If any info available on other positions pls update us as a lot of us are waiting patiently and prayer fully. Congrats to those dat ve received theirs

I bleed anytime I think abt dstv.. D monopoly has been burning my heart for yrs and until dey get good competition and don't receive d backing of d govt they will continue wit dis exploitation. For ur info,2 of my friends dat applied for CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER have bn invited for interview,so I knw wat am talking about. Just pray dat they will call more instead of castigating dose that r trying to shed more light on issues. Cheers!

Pls note I had my doubt dat my friend applied for customer care officer cos on NIMC site they had not advertised it, but he noted he applied for it. So pls we are enlighten pple n we know d difference btw both positions n anoda reason I did not doubt him is his previously job role was customer care agent in a telecom coy.. Let's just pray they send sms to all of us patiently waiting

As far a may I was informed by a friend of mine who noted he was invited for interview and he claimed he applied for customer service. I do not know anybody aside him to ve been invited so keep d faith. God will see us tru as he knows every.
