Yes, nah the $800m initiated by the Buhari Administration but the senate didn't let Buhari have access to it because his administration was about to end. Tinubu had to write to them for them to give him access to it. It's no big deal.

The 9th Senate, refused to give approval to former president Muhammadu Buhari’s government to access the fund because it was a few days to the expiration of the administration. Tinubu administration have access to the fund now, and I don't understand why you're crying bitterly because of it.
