They are used to operating small field often doing less than 1000 bboe/day. They are lean and mean operation-wise. They can come up with low CAPEX, low OPEX field development plans. They will also appreciate such marginal fields unlike the major producers. A foreign technical partner is a must.. However it will be wise to do your due diligence on their financial capability.
