DMerciful: It is not coincidence that the FBI decided to release their files on Tinubu especially at a time like this. It's Providence!
The structures of criminality seems formidable, but the content of the FBI files will settle the matter regarding the impostor in Aso Rock and Nigerians will eventually apply the Sri Lanka treatment if the military fails to do the needful. Why's the files taking so long to be release? |

Truths9ja: Ondo: Akeredolu Anointed Me As Successor Before His Death – Ex-Commissioner
A former Commissioner for Finance in the state, Mr. Wale Akinterinwa, has declared that he would be the next governor of the state, saying he was the anointed candidate of late governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
Akinterinwa, who was among the members of the State Executive Council that was dissolved last week said he was ready to slug it out with the incumbent Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
Akinterinwa who spoke on TVC News on Friday, said the late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu had a discussion with him to gear up and become the next governor of the state.
Akinterinwa said, ”The late Governor Akeredolu had a discussion with me in his office and he told me he would want me to take over from him. I didn’t take particular notice of the date he had the discussion with me but it happened immediately after he came back from his trip to Germany.
”He prayed for me and I am aware he told certain people about his desire.”
On his chances of picking the governorship ticket of the All Progressives Congress in Ondo Akinterinwa said, ”Well, at the appropriate time, I will officially announce my intention because it is not in doubt that I am still making further consultations but I can assure you that I will get the ticket.
“The people of Ondo State are with me, and I am very confident that I will win the APC primary.”

aribisala0: You are full of impotent hatred It has no effect on me. Your hatred will grow in Your spirit and never leave you You shall receive dividends of hatred for ever, How won't I hate an 1diot like you who is putting words in my mouth? UnknownT who I quoted below was talking about the backlog UnknownT: You are owing Billions of Dollars in backlog, you released 500m and you think that will increase the value of the Naira? How many % appreciation did the Naira do against the Dollars when Afrexim bank loan was secured? This is my response to his post below Paraman: Nigeria is owing $7b. $2.5b has been paid this month. Between $500m-$1b was paid in october or november. At this pace, the backlog will be cleared before the end of March. Then you pop out of nowhere See the shit you wrote below aribisala0: You are mistaken Nigerian debt and CBN backlog are very different things Totally unrelated Try to understand what the issues are . If you don't then do not comment CBN backlog is not repeat NOT debt . The CBN is NOT the government. The backlog is the obligation of the CBN to accept Naira from Foreign investors at an agreed exchange rate. They have brought the Naira and the FUN is not producing dollars and that is why the Naira is crashing because there are sellers offering a different rate This thread is about the backlog the government has not been able to clear since last year or so. Go and give your useless explanation to your family and friends... I'm not interested in learning your bullshit |

We can't because we don't export...and we do not export manufactured goods.
If we were exporting manufactured things...we could weaken our currency, and earn more
Anyway, the won and the yen are better than our naira.
(Though I kind of agree with you, we want a strong naira because it makes it easier to afford our fave imported things.). What finish manufacturing things is Namibia, Zambia and Botswana exporting that makes their currency solid against the dollar? |
