I'm not surprised. The level of unseriousness by the nigerian police is ridiculous. Its quite sadonic and unheard of that in a country that prides herself as the giant of africa, the police due to their sheer indolence is nothing to write home about despite "the motto police is your friend". I'm extremely disappointed.
