Please I need your help
A friend of mine took received a call for one exam like that in the financial institution, that's how they put it to them. The exam held in Abuja n while treating the second segment of the exam, they were asked to write a letter based on 'pension'

This is bout two weeks ago
So we re thinking it's pencom as someone had submitted her name,
sometimes last year.

Please who is in the same situation

Then please who knows anything about the salary n offices of the commission in the country.

yesterday/this morning it was more frequent

I went for Antenatal yesterday but I didn't allow the doctor to check how far have gone.

I've been having this sharp pain deep inside my cervix/v for a while now also.

1. A diaper backpack: I bought 3 of this bag one time and realized it was inferior quality to the one I usually sell. It's very neat and fine but I just didn't like it and couldn't bring myself to sell it so I gave 2 away to people around me and now I'd like to give the last one to someone here.

2. Manual Breastpump : Dr Gym manual Breastpump. I got this and while bringing it home it got rumpled cos it rained. Basically only the carton looks bad but I can't bring myself to sell it. Lol. So we give it out.

3. Mommy Pack A: Breastfeeding nightwear + Silicon milk collector + Washable Breastpad

Since in entered second trimester, I have been having indigestion and I hardly eat twice in a day. I told my doctor he said I should buy gaviscon, I have been using it but instead it's giving me constipation.
Please, should I just ignore the indigestion or is there something I can do about it.

I don't know if it's what I also experience o
but once I notice my food seems to be hanging up my throat/chest I just chew on mint chewing gum and before you know it, I'm belching repeatedly n will be okay. I think it's just gas n not the food jare

it's a serious something o mama, I have even gone past first trimester n just started craving for it. that's practically my fear, the fear of not knowing when the craving will stop plus the sugar content in it.

good evening beautiful Mamas, pls I need you advise o. I usually do not have cravings but recently I discovered that I'm always longing for fresh yo yoghurt. I don't know if it's okay to take it every night. I've been quite a diciplined person but this one is proving difficult o.

I'm mainly concerned because of the sugar content in it as I know that the unsweetened one is good for us.

apart from this I don't take junks

Hello beautiful n all August mamas. Pls just a quick one. Pls what I can take to reduce size of baby. Just had a scan n was told baby @39weeks 1 day is 3.857gr n just engaging. Am a FTM. Biko don't read n pass. Experience mama pls help.

Just eat moderately, most times this so called weight are not always right,
When I was pregnant with my DD, I had a scan at 37 weeks n her weight read 3.3, I had her at 39 4days weighing the same 3.3
So just relax . May God grant you a swift and easy delivery
