Inflow is less than outflow so its bound to increase.all pending transactions with bank are worth billions and cbn is holding on it to show that things are good if it starts giving dollars to importer within few week dollar will be finish.trying to avoid unavoidable.
if they really want things to improve they should not give absolute power to bank for distributing dollar to importer as it give rise to corruption and round tripping.

CBN and its useless policy decisions stop giving dollar to bdc now start 10000 usd then increase to 15000usd. wasnt foreign remittance coming earlier this mess wont have started if in first place they would have stop selling to bdc. You broke system and then give it same fix
And still bdc will by at interbank rate and sell in black market so where is fun demand is much higher than supply.
Dont try to regulate which you dont want to.
Interbank is scam where bankers are making millions without even leaving their seats.
If they are serious they should computerize system where forex allotment is done by machine rather than human interference.all the round tripping will be reduce to minimum and only genuine importers will get usd rather than trippers.but then how will they make money.

What a timing for raising the point of importation is it first time he has started manufacturing.blackmailing government by threatening jobs. Why doesnt he put extensive marketing strategy and competitive edge over imported paste its only price war that he doesnt want to enter with importer which is cheaper and after import ban monopoly starts. This is their time to promote and compete with importer over price war when import is becoming costlier retain your price make extensive marketing strategy promote your product with quality and price.why wont people buy in this hard time if it is affordable.
Any ways i too will prefer govt ban on imported tomato paste which are full of harmful additives i personally prefer fresh tomatoes than sachet ones which are processed to extend shelf life.

We've been married for five years and he has cheated all through these years. He keeps late nights without any tangible reason. He travels in and out of Nigeria for the purpose of meeting different women, he chats dirty with different women. He calls random women at home e.t.c. Though i have been advised to do some test in 8wks time by the cardiologist that attended to me and he asked me to return on 15th dec 2016 for another examination.

i dont know if i should do the echo test now or wait as advised by the doctor at UCH before i go ahead and do the test.

Do it that will give you peace of mind or else till december you will be in anxiety and depression fear that something will happen why not spend some money and get that peace of mind

Get a echo cardiogram done it is similar to sonography and a cardiologist will get a complete picture of your heart and all arteries and veins.Also he will be able to determine whether there is blockage in any of them and line of treatment.and please do it as soon as possible.
There is no harm in taking a second opinion but you cannot be sure its correct doctors too are human being.

I agree with rest of your advice but please dont give drugs like misoprostol. The drug can cause sever bleeding in some women and also will result in damage to parts.the best advice is to go to specialist who can handle it and trust me doctors are not emotional at all they know there job and they will do it.
