Sincere 9gerian: Aren't you the same one that cried like a baby and lobbied OAM4J until the confused guy banned Sincere 9gerian? Aren't you ashamed that you keep crying all over the place for people, whose intellectual capacity have dumbfounded you, to be banned?

It's been several days since I was unbanned. I never said a word about the ban because I thought it wasn't whorth it. I only RESPONDED to someone (maybe one of your other IDs) that was crying like a baby over how the ban was not long enough (just like you did in your post above). Anyone interested can check the thread where this conversation on the ban started and confirm. If I wanted to make a serious issue out of the ban, I would have created a thread for it.

So my guy, stop crying like a baby for other people to be banned. The rule says you should REPORT any post or thread that you feel is improper. The moderators have enough gray matter in their thick skull to do the right thing. It is not in your place to take decisions for moderators. If you'r jobless and need a moderating job from Seun, why not come clean?

Stop following Sincere 9gerian as if he's your father. I'm not your father. If you feel uncomforable with my positions on this forum, why not challenge me, based on facts, like a man?

OAM4J: ^I did not ban you for insulting Fashola or calling him a kidnapper. You have been calling Fashola a kidnapper before you opened that thread and after you came back from your ban and I didn't ban you.

If you analyze Fashola's actions and conclude it amounts to kidnapping, its your personal opinion, however foolish it might sound to others, you are entitled to your opinion. Same way some people analyze the actions of Mr president and think he is clueless and a retard, its their personal opinion. But to take a personal opinion and make it into a statement of fact is taking it too far and calling for disorderliness.

It's entirely a different case when someone opens a thread and titles it "Mr President is A Retardeen and Clueless" or "Fashola Is The Most Wanted Deadly Kidnapper" with no direct evidence in the post to back that claim up.

Why should I be banned for calling Fashola the most wanted, deadly kidnapper? Is Fashola not a kidnapper?

According to OAMJ4 and those that lobbied him to ban my ID, my ID was banned for posting false information. He said there must be a police report to back up my claim.

Well, I dont need any useless police report. I only expressed my opinion, backed up with facts. I dont see any difference between the kidnap being perpetrated by men of the underworld and that of Fashola's KAI officials. Kidnap is kidnap.

By the way, I challenge OAMJ4 to show us police or health report backing up those calling our president all manner of ridiculous names, including slowpoke, bastard, retardeen,etc. If there's none, how come these people are not slammed with ban?

What about the threads containing blatantly false reports that are currently on the board, with some of them making front page?

Since I joined NL, I have NEVER noticed any attempt by the moderators to protect the president from insults and curses thrown at him by opposition elements on this forum. If the president has been on the recieving end of relentless attacks, why cant we be allowed to also attack Fashola? Why the lame attempt to shield Fashola from attacks?

Well, in the end, I just laughed off the ban. I dont need any alternate handle to beat a ban. I enjoy NL but there's so much happening for many of us outside NL. In fact, if not for the fact that I wanted to stay on and celebrate more FRESH AIR bumper harvests and maybe create some health related topics, I would have signed off from NL. For me, its MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. The FRESH AIR team have taken over NL, while the APC elements crumbled without resistance. The approval rating of the president has jumped up to 53% and it will continue to get better. GEJ has won all the polls conducted so far on this forum. So what next? Its MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Thanks to the FRESH AIR TEAM.

Ikenna351: The thing is, is no longer Ikenna, as far as Politics Section is concerned. My prayer is that the present mod their succeed in eradicating the virus eating up that section.

To be honest, when i visited the Politics section during the Fashola and Peter Obi saga, i almost wept with what i saw going on there. It was horrible. Nearly every threads were turned to Igbos vs Yoruba because of that saga and the two tribal members were on each throat and moderators appeared not to be doing anything about it. I mailed Admin, Seun, asking him to put me back there for just 4 weeks to assist in dealing with crisis escalating into something else in that section. Minutes later, i checked the section i saw the thread OAM4J started to warn against continuous tribal e-fight in the section. So, i saw how serious he was to tackle the issue henceforth and mailed the Admin again to forget my earlier request, since action is already been taken to deal with the menace. Well, i pray that they succeed this time. But to be honest, i dont think i will ever accept to go back to section even if Admin wants me to join them tomorrow, considering what i have gathered from this thread.

From day 1, no username that insulted any tribe or member in Politics section was spared, when i was here. But i observed that while i was doing that, some members ban were been lifted, while others were serving their ban. You can ask the Admin to check my mod log and report to you with the list of all the members i banned in Politics section the first few weeks i assumed work and the list of the members in that list that were unbanned by people i work with. I complained in the mod section about it, but of course, i was wasting my time.

It got to a point, i decided to start following those members that would always be unbanned by a super mod each time i banned them. It was at that point that i realised that almost all of them were Yorubas, when they started complaining.

A member would insult a Yoruba tribe or a member who claimed to be a Yoruba, i would ban him/her and he/she would serve his/her ban. But when a member, who claimed to be a Yoruba, insulted other tribes other than Yoruba or non Yoruba member, i would ban the member and few mins or hours later, the member would be unbanned by someone else. In that case, my work was been seen by members as selective justice: would ban Igbos and other tribal bigots and would leave Yoruba bigots because they were untouchable and immune from my ban. It was that bad.

They said, "if you cant beat them, join them". I hate that phrase. To me, if you cant beat them, walk away. We all know about Lot vs Soddom & Gomorroh. Lot couldnt beat them, he couldnt stop the immoralities going on in that land, so he walked away from the land. Well, we know what happened to the land and the people while he was leaving. Noah & Ark is another example here. What happened to the rest of the people in the worl because of their immoralities when Noah left them and stayed in the Ark with his family, is what i believe we all i know.

Like i said in last post here as a co-mod (i do not remember the exact words), "I will never be part of certain things as long as I breath". Trust me, you do not want to know the remaining reasons behind that statement.

Funny enough, some of the so called "Ikenna's obnoxious rules" are been re-introduced here recently. Yes, i could see how absence of "Ikenna's rules" have helped in eradicating tribal bashing here all these while.

So Ngwakwe, there were so many things you do not know that happened which led to my resignation. I would suggest we leave the past. I would like your present leaders here to succeed in this fight against the virus here. Because i like reading some intelligent members posts/comments here, and may likely start contributing in discussions here, when it has become sane enough for me. Note that I have my Bsc in Psc.
