I had same issue. Binance no longer accept new users in UK due to regulations. Even if you verify your address using Nigerian documents (no option for UK) it will still be flag over time due to the IP location. I moved all my assets to crypto.com and you can use Revolute (only buy and sell, no transfer)

Get admitted to a school on the list. If you are lucky enough to be selected for funding, bring both admission letters and pitch to them your preferred school, especially if the course is related to Energy. You have nothing to lose by doing this.

Don't you know that these PTDF will get reduced cost of study for the sponsoring students because it's offered by Nigerian government.

I also have an admission (conditional) with one on the list but you know most of those schools have tuition above €20,000 hence why I applied to a cheaper school that I can afford.

Your first statement was enough, but even then scholars who have gotten the scholarship like mrphysics have come here to say PTDF sponsors schools that are not on the list as long as it's domiciled in a country on the list. Cleary the instructions are not as simple as you make them out to be. If you don't know something please keep shut and allow those who do to speak. People have aspirations that may be beyond that of the listed schools, don't prematurely stymie their hope when it's clearly not impossible. Like I said, choose whatever school you want but keep a listed school as a backup. There's nothing wrong with that.

Please are you implying it's possible to be funded for a school outside the list.
While I don't want to put my hope in ptdf I went ahead to apply to a school (UK) I can afford and have even paid deposit. Should incase I'm lucky and get offered the scholarship, can they fund the school?

You’re the one that’s wrong. It’s actually $5k or it’s equivalent. However, some schools have upkeep quoted as part of the info they avail you on your invoice but I learnt it’s easier to apply for it through the bank that processed your fees previously. That way, they have your history of required documents and it makes it easier for them to deal. Most schools include the cost of monthly upkeep of student on school fees invoice but prolly not all.

I have sent upkeep (via form A) twice this year and that's what my bank told me when I inquired. Perhaps it differs.

The person who told you that may have wrong information. The limit is a cbn regulation and same across banks.

I uploaded my Passport with visa, brp, CAS and Authority to debit. Now they are asking for invoice from school for upkeep. I asked for £3900 to be paid into my UK account.

The limit for upkeep is $3000 (equivalent) per quarter. Maybe your application did not fly.

Please can one use two personal bank statements (pounds and naira) for POF?

1. you can research individual universities for their requirements or go for BSc using your WAEC cert.
2. you can not go with dependents
3. As long as you can authenticate it then it is ok.
4. Poland use Zloty as currency and rent ranges between 400Zl to 2000Zl depending on location and type.

For MSc, you authenticate your BSc and transcript at MOE then MoFA (in that order) and get your eligibility letter too from MoE.
You then legalize the authenticated docs (BSc cert and transcript) at the embassy

It's really hard coming to this platform to check questions and provide help with the way school has been, I've been here for almost 2 months and damn all I can say is, "nursing isn't for the weak".

So to me no profit here, the more the naira fall, the more the purchasing power of Dollar in Nigeria is affected.

You are correct though your purchasing power will remain the same or dip a little. The worse is earning in naira. That's complete bearish purchasing power.
