SOP-Statement of Purpose (also called motivation letter) is an essay you write stating your profile and career path and why you want to study a given course and why you chose the school and country.
You don't notarized it. Please Google and understand what notarization is and don't end up doing what's completely needless.

I have noticed on Binance p2p the Naira value of your usdt reduces.

I bought 200usdt lately. The displayed price was 495/usdt meaning N99,000 for the 200usdt. After making payment and the tokens released to my p2p wallet, the naira value I saw is N92,000. What does this mean because it's really crazy to me.

I see he has genuine intention to help mitigate the risk the canal presents. I feel he could have just done an anonymous donation and not let his name dragged over a trivial project. Politics is a dirty game, not everything needs your credit.

You simply don't know how to use Luno. I have never paid fee for buying or selling coins on Luno. I make price so I don't get to pay the fees.

You can start by buying small amount like N5000 worth of any crypto on Luno app. Even though I believe this is not the best time to buy BTC. I invested heavily on XRP because it is having a price shake off due to SEC issue with ripple but once the coast is cleared I am optimistic it will moon. You can study charts trend of these cryptos over time and follow news too for insights then follow your guts. Crypto is very lucrative but you can get burnt too. Luno is simple but have few currencies. I use crypto.com to trade other currencies.
