HopeAtHand: Saying someone should vote for you primarily because youre from Ijaw and its your turn to rule sounds petty and quite sinister to me..Come to the electorates with your developmental programmes for your state and sell it to them using your past records of achievements as a pointer to that effect.
Dont unnecessarily arouse the tribalism in Riverians.Riverians and tribalism go hand in hand.
In Rivers state, the people who call themselves Ijaw are a minority..You think having 8 or 9 LGAS makes you big..Maybe you've never travelled to their LGAs.What you're counting are practically wetlands..almost 70% of all Riverines live in PH and Obalga..how many them dey na..
I want Wike to lose because i believe Dakuku will steal less than Wike..i also want Wike to lose so Amaechi can finally "hold ground" in National APC..and i also Wike to lose so that i wouldn't meet any obstacle when i contest as governor..i don't want people shouting "Ikwerre again"? your last point is very selfish! |

My degree project was on ATM using suction pump for currency selection. We wrote the software and machine language programs. The project worked but was slow.
During defence we were criticized on the choice of processor and motor, hence we added it in our recommendation for future research works.
Unizik Engineering faculty is practical oriented and have lecturers that have worked on the field before venturing into lecturing. Somebody like prof Ezechukwu, a consultant to NIPP / PHCN. yeske I have begged you to stop criticising biafra issue, I don't know why is it that Only igbos on earth can criticise their own people in public domain, whatever opinion you have about biafra should not be in public domain, it will make outsiders and enemies to see you as weak link, and also applaud you. whatever that will make your opponents or enemies rejoice should not be encouraged. it's not good for the "business "l and as for you alfred5 it's obvious you didn't read my previous post properly. what Chino is doing to you could have been done to you by anyone. I'm very critical of obiano, but I will never use that to portray my lovely state in public domain as you just did. I hope you understand, This is not good for our state image. however, you can voice out your displeasure on obiano alone, but plunging the whole state is not unacceptable, we have an obligation to protect our state, what you are doing could be done better, if you focus your criticism on obiano and leave anambra state out of it. That's what I'm saying. I hope you willl understand. |

Dakuku peterside is not an igbo man oooh! I just saw this on their page! That guy is claiming ijaw.. but I have noticed how the ijaw are trying to emasculate the ndoki, the abuse them and threaten them to renounce their igbo they Ndoki will be telling them that they are not igbo but Ndoki. I was reading an argument in one of their groups, What I found is that ijaw are very vocal, while the ndoki and nkoro are voiceless, they (ijaw) plunge everyone together and name themselves ijaw, if you identify yourself as ndoki, they will attack you! Hmmmm I'm more than convinced that ijaw are truly arming themselves to achieve a sinister move I challenge barcanista to dispute this fact! 1they want igbo language dropped They mant to de igbonise opobo, especially on ndoki people, They want to start speaking Ibani language! Hence they are doing all they can to achieve this.... Now it's left for ndoki in abia and Imo to come together and unite their brothers and sisters in rivers and akwaibom! And form a formidable ethnic unit to have a voice! Just like Anioma. Ndoki people should wake up or their identity will die. |

Wow now I know the problem!! Please do not crucify tonyebarcanista! They ijaw people actually believe that Ndoki nkoro are ijaw, that have been corrupted by igbo I found this in their website.
Basan, Furupagha and Tungbo was also founded about this time, through ancestors coming from Nupe, Oporoma, Kolokuma and Ke. Other clans include the Buseni and Okodia, who hailed from Kolokuma and Benin-Izon (Ado), Egbema from Iduwini and Operemo. Okirika or Kirikeni hailed from Isoma-bou, Andoni, and Ogboin,. Others include the Ndoki, who came from Isedani of Kolokuma, but now speak Ibo, Nkoro or small Okirika, Zarama and Egbema of Imo region, Opobo (1800), who hailed from the house of Opubo of Ibani (Bonny) and Oruma, whose other name is Tugbene hailing from Oboloma. Altogether they constitute the Ijo people who stretch from the eastern shores to the western shores of the Nigerian coast. |

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/NkoroOpobo–Nkoro (also spelled Opobo/Nkoro) is a Local Government Area in Rivers State, Nigeria. It is part of the Andoni/Opobo/nkoro constituency of the Nigerian National Assembly delegation from Rivers. The capital is Opobo Town.[1] The Opobo–Nkoro people are mainly farmers and fishermen. They are of Igbo extraction. They speak Igbo language. Just like the neighbouring Bonny, founded by Ndokis of Azuogu, slaves from the hinterland transformed the demography of the area when the Transatlantic Slave Trade was abolished. Ijaws who came in as porters also settled there and the Igbo language was adopted. Although, there are no indigenous Ijaw communities there, most Ijaw migrants and porters have fully been integrated into the original indigenous Igbo communities. Pro-Natura International Nigeria has been assisting in community-led development in the LGA. |

Olabestonic001: That's not true. because majority of Yoruba's voted against GEJ, Igbo's felt since their interest was not protected (not considering that GEJ did not protect the interest of Yoruba's ), most of them generalized it and called the whole Yoruba's saboteurs. Its acceptable anyway since Yoruba's know that most Igbo's are clannish (like the case of Eze Ndigbo and his goons in the Confrontation with the Deji of Akure). I just feel always that most Igbo's are too emotional to make sound judgement. Look, when Nnamdi Kanu decided to run most IPOB emotions high, what did most NL Igbo's did- they did not look beyond the sentimental statements he was throwing up, they used that avenue to tongue-lash the Yoruba's collectively. We even thought they were just on a troll when they stayed the craze. They needed to blame someone for their political loss and they tagged the Yoruba's the alienators! And interestingly, they thought Yoruba's have sworn to stay glued to Nigeria. No, Yoruba's too want out if the need arises but not being blackmailed by Nnamdi Kanu and his foolish supporters (Remotely or tangibly). In fact, Yoruba's will gain much if Nigeria ever split cos we are mostly concentrated in our region. But, for Igbo's to always find it convenient to blame Yoruba's for their debacle, will mean we need to actually frustrate them as much as we can since we know we would still be blamed even if we help. If Igbo's just let us be than throw jabs at Yoruba's , we don't send their agitations and how they get it but to think blackmailing us to their suicidal cause will work is something they need to readdress. We CAN NEVER EVER GIVE IN TO BLACKMAIL!
GOD Bless Igbo's and Yoruba's. Rubbish igbo people from the east don't know you exist! Go figure!!! Anybody born in the east do not give a damn about you!! I'm telling you from experience. They only talk about hausa or maybe calabar.. |
