Its only someone with inner mind will understand the game this embassy is playing with Nigerians. Getting your document from Poland is not an issue, the problem is getting an interview/ Submission date.
What is the meaning of waiting for a draw? Why making a draw when they can list their available dates and applicants can choose on the bases of first come first serve.
I know some people that has been waiting for appointment for more than 2 months now.

Anyway your agent is right, is better u don’t go than having a red flag. Shengen countries has data base. To avoid future story that touch is better u decline the appointment , if the error is obvious

This is not a shengen visa, and there's no biometrics to store data.
Nevertheless, I will advise you write to them for correction, or attend the interview and tell them physically about the errors in your application.
If God says they that u will get the visa definitely you will.

You should check polish embassy at your country of residence. Some don't need bank statement when applying for work visa.

They are doing so willingly. Have done my interview since September 7th and yet to receive my passport back. I can't tell you guys how much have spent traveling to Abuja to go and queue in the hot Abuja sun all to no avail.
I will post pictures of how we queue daily waiting to get out names called. No more picking of numbers sef. And Nigeria has ambassador to Poland . I wonder what they do , perhaps they're using us to do business, students that paid for tuition and accomodations were not scheduled for interview and schools refused to defer admission thereby claiming the applicants money are gone .

What he said about seizing passport is not new. It's a normal scenario with Labourers in Qatar ( I say this with experience). And I'm sure it happens in other countries.

Please becareful of those polish employers that offer work permit with free accomodation. Most of them try to enslave u. One i worked for refused to pay me the agreed amount, seized my passport and wanted me to work overtime, they only left me because i felt sick with malaria, and its hard for it to be treated. My guys are still stuck there, they said the agrrement was the agent that did it and they have no idea. When coming, just pls be prepared for the worst, it is worth it but u should not bectaken unaware

This is the reason I fall into the wrong hand because he promised me that I can leave the company and the job any time I wish. The other company said I must work with them for some months.

Nobody has the right to answer that question here. You have to search by yourself so that whatever comes from it, will be your responsibility. Search Google, search Facebook, if you find one add them on whatsapp. Then video call to clear your conscience before you start.
That's what I did.
For now, I can't say if it worked because I'm yet to receive my documents. Never know if it's going to be genuine documents or not. So that's the reason no one can recommend any company here.

The appointment draw process for work visas also favors skilled workers most . They are given the most priority.

You are absolutely right, it seems you are in Poland already. Mine is welding machine operator and it came out in 5 weeks. They requested for a video evidence before accepting my application.

In UK, there are other things to consider in choosing a school apart from tuition fee. you should consider payment pattern. secondly, if u would like to work and pay up your tuition, you should think of a school thats in a city where u can find part time job easily. Again, some cheap schools don't have January intake.

Just submit your application and go for biometrics. You still have time.

The 235 is for the added months they will give you after your one year program. I think they do add about 4 months extra or so. That's it.

The statement is my account. He just helped me to pay IHS, visa fee and priority with his Barclay bank card.

In same shoe, when did you receive ur non straight forward email and when did you do ur biometric.. Mine was on 23rd and non straight forward email came on 25th.. Up till now, no call and still at dmc.

biometrics on 31st Aug, non straightforward email on the 3rd, my bank called me few hours after the email.
i don't know if SOMEONE IN UK helping me to pay all fees might raise some eyebrows?
