Mehn I think I will start buying parts myself. This meko say him change the hands as per protocol but I’m hearing strange sound especially while turning. I don’t think this man changed anything. Papa Armstrong, I’m sorry but even when you’re frustrated you should never rant cus u might say something the hurtful truth out of anger. Maybe she has truly held you back due to bills or change of plans or not chasing ur dream but it’s not her fault, you admitted saying a lot of hurtful things. U might have never physically abused her but u have verbally abused her thoroughly panel beat her with ur words.
When u feel very angry and frustrated by her pls leave the house and go outside cool off with a cold bottle of Trophy.

the choices I am looking at are these :

1. Toyota Rav 4, (2011) Nigerian used. A friend is actually convinced this is the car I should buy as it fits nicely in terms of prestige and functionality. However, I'm not fully convinced as per buying a Nigerian used car and also because I'm not really taken to the RAV4 as I see it as not a masculine car.

2. Toyota Camry 2011 or 2012 (muscle) : I like this car and if it falls within my budget I'd happily buy it. The only negative here is I've been wanting an SUV to be my first car considering Lagos roads etc so I'm not totally sold on the idea of getting this car.

Depends o. Are u a new driver or is u already have previous driving experience?
For new drivers I recommend Big daddy, muscle or Corolla Sport etc due to it being less expensive to maintain and as per new drivers they will surely brush or disfigure it driving in Lagos, na normal thing.

Let’s say u have prior experience but want an SUV for first car don’t buy Naija used, with 4.5 u can get an Acura MDX 07-09 (second Gen best years according to reviews). But if u plan to sell and top cash for replacement buy a well inspected used Lexus 330 2005/2006 not lesser not more. Acura MDX does not hold value like Lexus/Toyotas etc. Trust me I just got an Acura and I spent weeks on research deciding between 330 n MDX.
I got mine Nigerian used. Acura MDX 2008 well maintained n besides routine change of brake pads, steering rack leakage (due to a broken hose), replaced fog light bulb, servicing, gear oil and new tires then alignment it’s running perfectly.
When I inspected with my Kazeem, he was like pay for this car let’s go it’s a steal!
Fuel consumption is normal for an SUV surprisingly. I fueled 5k at N250 per litre and I used on Christmas Eve to run all my errands, plus over 50 miles later on with AC on before I topped. My place to Abk should be roughly 50 miles so yeah it’s reasonable to me.

I service my jeep every 3 months and the recommended oil for my model is SAE 5w20. I also change my brake pad every 4 months due to my environment.

SAE 5w20 is it Mobil? Cus my mechanic just serviced today and put new brake pads, he has been working on previous cars with no complaints but I don't know the oil he used. I go call ask am. Thanks boss mi

Go for the Acura MDX bro you won’t regret it but if you’re planning on reselling later in future then go for RX 330. I’ve been using my MDX for 3 years now without any issue.

Thanks guys for all the input, I finally went for the Acura MDX 2008 after test driving both cars Acura and RX 330 06. That Acura dey fly abeg lol. Weird thing is it doesn't feel like you're driving an SUV, handles so well. Ogas in the house I will appreciate maintenance tips
