A lecturer is obligated not to trade grade for sexual favours or money, knowledge is not sexually transmitted. The job market is filled with many graduates with little or no competence.

They are already used to the high altitude that is about the same with the region where the Kenyan long distance runners come from so they can blend easily but like you said, sponsorship is an issue.
