You don't blame the palm oil for staining your white cloth rather the question should be "why did you go near the palm oil"? Klint should make solid arrangement for the child's provision as she did not conceive herself and find ways to let his children from his marriage know that they have a sister outside. |

FTrebirth: very foolish woman.
you could have walked out of the marriage with your head raised high and make the man come begging on his knees. or even cheat back on him if getting even is what you want. abi na? he used his prick on another woman; you can also use your toto on another man...probably your neighour, to pepper him more. but you decided to put yourself in deeper mess by burning him. now your ass is getting jailed for attempted murder, and while you're there your husband can fûck all the nurses treating him. You think she has an issue with going to jail? When the mental state is disordered, anything goes as long as she relates to the feeling that she has distorted the man's flow. |

Politics › Re: Declare State Of Emergency In Benue, Taraba Now –miyetti Allah by Pavore9: 9:43am On Mar 28, 2018 |
mfm04622: Over the fact that in Benue, a militia set up by the State Government is killing Fulani and their cattle while in Taraba a militia sponsored by people (not government this time) is doing same.
Yes, are there criminal Fulanis? Absolutely! Outside of the South East and South South, Fulani are responsible for majority of kidnappings in the country. Same for armed robbery that happen on highways. Do Fulani trespass on farmlands? Absolutely. some criminals among them do. But the solution is not to attack them. As long as we allow Fulani to roam about, there will be clashes between farmers and herders. So what are the solutions?
1) Govt must ensure crimes by anybody is appropriately punished. This in turn will ensure citizens trust security agencies. 2) Restrict herdmen to certain places to be provided by govt. Govt should provide amenities (schools, security, hospitals, vet hospitals, water, extension services, abattoirs, etc). Govt should not just use this reserve. Govt must divide it up for them, teach them how to manage it, they pay rent on the land, govt collect taxes when they sell animals. If this is done, we have peace! We also have useful citizens that will be literate, that will give up moving up and down in maximum 2 generations. Govt will also make the money they invest in such places back. imagine what this will do for our diary industry! People will say we are rewarding Fulani for the violence they use. Please know that Fulani don't see this as good! They have never been interested in OWNING land. All they wanted was ACCESS to land. So they use to have access to ALL land in the country, now they will be restricted to only about 1%. Which they will NEVER own. Just use. Don't see this as govt supporting a business, see it as removing people from poverty, illiteracy, introducing them to healthcare, etc which are functions of govt. Also security. Because the Fulani are the easiest to turn to crime! Imagine someone without ANY skill. He knows how to do nothing but rear cattle. The moment his cattle is rustled (by fellow Fulani), or killed by farmers how will he survive if not by crime? The highest he can do is drive an Okada. If he can get! If they are restricted, security will be provided, rustling will reduce, farmer won't have reason to kill cattle. State of emergency will not resolve the conflict rather the FG should work towards conflict transformation Truth be told, especially communities in the South are no longer comfortable having the herdsmen in their midst and would rather prefer that those reserves are set up in the core North where there is bigger land mass, take Niger State for instance it is almost 3 times the entire 5 states of the south east! There are communities in the south east that are in conflict with each other over the limited space there, do you think the idea of reserves will be accepted there? Israel is successfully running cattle farming in their deserts, same can be applied locally as most of the real owners of those cows the herdsmen move around with are multi-millionaires and can set up ranches but can't come to terms of not longer having unrestricted access to the whole country! |

HAH: you are right, this is one of the proposals of the mobile companies in Nigeria to have a mobile payment system like mpesa in Nigeria but it was blocked by the banks thorough vthe government, their fear is if this is allowed telecom companies will take one of the functions of banks, the CBN insisted mobile payment most pass through nibss . personally I believe telecom companies should start mobile payment without banks involve but should be regulated by nibss as well, may be an arm should be created within nibss to accommodate mobile money through telecom companies.
What are the charges associated with mpesa if I may ask? This link can give you an insight http://www.mpesacharges.com/mpesa-charges/ |

HAH: but there was payment involved, you see the term money does not only mean cash, money is anything exchanged for goods and services, whether it goes through the bank or not. Is very right for CBN to term mobile money as mobile payment But our mobile payment is still tied to Banks as against the wider acknowledgement of what mobile money is known as. I need to comfortably send money to your phone number and you can cash it from an agent around you and without cashing it, use it to make payment for goods and services or even transfer it internationally......no bank is involved nor internet connection. Can you receive Western union or Moneygram transfer straight to your Nigerian phone number and go to the shop beside you and cash it? |

bigtt76: This is because CBN is very confused as to what make up 'Mobile Payments' ....Mobile Money is not the same as Mobile Payments even though I can use my bank issued cards to make payments through my mobile, it does not equate to Mobile Money ...but they won't allow innovators to tap into this rather they would be giving all sort of requirements for mobile money license with ridiculous fees They are really confused! Mobile Money is really independent of Banks just as we have the Mpesa here in Kenya . I receive international money transfers straight to my phone number and I go to the kiosk beside me selling grocery to cash the money...no bank involved. |
