Though the State is small in terms of landmass as it is not even up to the size of Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross River State but with an enhanced human capital and technology, they can optimize output though not to the level of being the food basket of Nigeria as na Benue State get that chieftaincy title!

The traders of cabbage will not need to depend on bringing in cabbage from the north and the local farmer will end up after the sales, with a fat wallet!

Not every farmland in Nigeria is being trampled upon, so let us not be pessimistic because if it were so no foodstuff would be found in the market. It terms of climate there is more to Nigeria that you probably don't know! List out crops and l will let you know where it can be grown!
