bishopkay: @Awol1 abakpa is a jungle and only mad Men survive there. No go there dey speak English.
Sometime last year at about June or July, I had an incident there. This agbero tried to share a Keke I hired drop with me forcefully. I refused to be cowered and all entreaties to him by the Keke rider failed.
He later got out of the Keke and gave me a blow on the chest. In a quick bout of anger I got down from the Keke and asked him why he hit me. He looked at me what "what you gonna do" immediately without warning, I pounced on him.
I broke his nose and so beat him up his fellow thugs could not do nothing but try to call me to a corner so we settle. Settle with who for corner? I asked myself.
I just abandoned the Keke while he was trying to explain to passerby, took a bus and left the scene. Assuming I come down dey follow am nack teeth like they are used to, nothing for happen.
Extreme unadulterated madness is the cure for "craze" in Nigeria Can't forget the skirmish I had with some of them years back at liberty junction, by Ogwuago/ Obinagu road, very demented set of minds! |

Awol1: Please also tell gburugburu to ban the bunch of agberos in Abakpa especially who harass keke drivers.
Those guys will accost a keke driver and start asking for form, after you have bought your tickets for the day.
There's no where else in the entire Enugu metropolis that such robbery happens, only in Enugu East LGA.
I'm made to understand that the LG chairman has ordered them to stop but the hungry urchins go on anyway.
Imagine where defaulters are made to pay up to #5,500 for an inexistent tax.
Anybody who knows who would act on this should get it across to them. Abakpa is notorious for such. |

There are times are revelations come true that's why we're close to her. But this is so wrong and no one is listening to me. He is old enough to make his own decisions, I hope he would not blame your aunt in the coming years for messing up his life. |

Nelsonmoney: The child will lived with our aunt while the father takes responsibilities. Why should a child be separated from his mother when she is still alive and not certified mentally disordered? Don't ignore the fact a mother has more rights to custody where it involves a minor, moreover your brother was never married to her and should the lady take the case to the state ministry of social welfare, it will dawn on your brother. I am sorry to say this, your aunt is not a good woman. How can you guys allow her to be this manipulative? Just know that whoever your brother finally gets to marry after this lady, your aunt will be dictating the marriage. |

prince3009: I know of a guy who set up a charging point in his house here in Abuja with the use of Solar panels, a 2.5kv inverter and 6 pieces of 2v 4000ah batteries which he uses to charge his Volvo XC jeep which is completely electric.
The jeep can be charged natively from a wall socket but since he was on prepaid metering, he noticed that it was draining his credit hence he had to go solar.
The car obtains full charge within 2 hours and can cover over 150km at a single charge.
He spent over a million naira for the project which also powers part of his house For what he is saving on PMS and partial powering of his house, the amount he spent is wise spending. |

Naughtysite: That is why Nigerian men die early.
Too much care for family.
Some of them work 12 hours a day.
No rest, small sleep, too much worry to make ends meet.
Health starts giving way.
God forbid.
And lazy women and extended family members have perfected ways to take advantage of that. That is why I advocate for marrying a woman who is earning, issues of finances, to what extent can siblings and extended family members be assisted, the need for health insurance, life assurance policies, investments etc be discussed during courtship. Men forming Voltron, die untimely. |

tactius: 1. Currently there are electric cars that can go for 150 minutes sans charging
2.Solar charging stations would be the answer.Battery swapping too is another answer. How viable will it be setting up a solar charging station in somewhere like Lagos and clients swap their batteries for home use? (Though the North would have been ideal in terms of generation) |

Las las, the husband will divorce her and send her back to her parents effectively going back to square one. By this time it will be too late to remediate the sense she never had and the parents are still stuck with her. You are right. |
