Nigeria’s problem has never been laws or policies, it’s the will of the system to implement them.

Who is the system? Not the president, nor governors nor political appointees.

The system are the civil servants, policemen, INEC staff, security guards and everyone that occupies a job paid by the government. If they do their jobs without compromising, no amount of political power can beat that system.

Winning the primaries wasn’t about brawn, the highest bidder won. In as much as I don’t like Fayose, he’s dogged and fought APCs federal might and won 2x. One of the recommendations was for the modification of the electricity law which is on the exclusive list to concurrent list which will mandate the states with the authority to generate,transmit and distribute electricity to their citizens!
Where is that report?
