chukwuibuipob: u are still a young man..That's the bitter truth.Every pentecostal Church do give time to peepz to share the WONDERS TESTIMONY..OYEDEPO @ RAJIOBASTREET do 4 services i think.Congregation shared their TESTIMONY each of the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th.Even yoruba service..
chukwuibuipob: Get back to me when u are alright. I ask u how old are you in 1993,94,95?
no,don't change it! Before then, you demand video evidence of a testimony i mentioned that someone gave in church that he had a miracle visa to Uk.
And i told you that i don't need to upload any video because there is no sunday that people don't give testimonies of this nature in winners chapel. You objected that's why i said you have not attended winner's chapel before.
So since you claimed that you have attended winners since 1993, how come you don't know that they use to give testimonies every Sunday?
TheGift: Yes, but you kept on using the word “evil” which is more of a religious or spiritual term. Human law does not use words like “evil” or “sin”. It uses words like “crime”.
check the definition of the word evil below. It is not restricted to religious use only. As a matter of fact, anything that is morally wrong is evil.
Also, there are activities which are evil according to religious laws but are legalized under some human laws
So you would do well to distinguish between “evil” and “crime”
#Peace
Crime is evil Evil is crime.
The point is, religious laws should have it roots from human ethics which summerizes that "Do to others as you want others to do to you ". It's shouldn't have it roots from mere moral docrines alone
Anything anyone does with the intention to harm another person is evil and crime before the law
chukwuibuipob: How old are u in 1993 ?.Dem never born u when they built MISSION TOWER @ RAJI OBA STREET,IYANA IPAJA ? Have u been to his hospitals,,house, schools etc? U knw nothing
So, how come you don't know that winners chapel use to give testimonies every Sunday that you are now demanding for video ?
TheGift: Ignorance is not an excuse under human law.
However, according to Jesus: "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do"
Also: Titus 1:15 "To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted"
Unfortunately, Nigeria is governed by human laws and not spiritual laws
yommen: In what way Sir? Is he the one voting for all Nigerians? I remember this man is one of the very few that speak up against the government. So how is it his fault that Nigeria is the way it is?
Generally, do you notice the way Nigerians reason?
Currently, if you pick one person out of the general Nigerian public to become a politian he will end up become currupt, no matter how religious the person is
Ayokequeen: So have you become one by standing alone ?
certainly, we need the church in unity and in purpose. But where you sense unnecessary exploitation among the brethren please adjust. There are other options of getting help
Jesus who created the 5 important offices in the church (Apostle, Prophet, Pastor, Evangelist and Teachers) knows what he's doing. The moment you cut yourself out of this principle you're technically dead because your spiritual survival depends on it.
This is the problem about churches. They like using open statements a lot all to confuse people
What do you mean by technically dead or spiritual survival can you expatriate?
You can't know the book more than the writer you know!
FxMasterz: Oyedepo would promote fake miracles? You don't know the man!
All testimonies are scrutinized before they're allowed to be aired on the altar. You don't believe in miracles? Come meet me, let me give you practical manifestations of the power of God.
chukwuibuipob: Om willing to give you 2M rite away if u can post the video of his scam/fake Miracles, testimony.I'm waiting
No, I don't need to post anything, we have all seen the miracles and testimonies that people are giving in his ministry nation-wide. The testimonies do not correlate to reality.
One example is a woman who said God gave him visa to the UK, what kind of miracle is that?
JovialJune: Don't equate men of God to your politicians.
They are not the cause of your misery.
no! Politians cannot solve corruption problem, only institutions can do. The church is an institution that was suppose to teach people the truth but guess what? They neglected their role in the society and embark on wealth pursuit
chukwuibuipob: Oyedepo isn't the source of anybody misfortune. In this same Nig,some people are making it /money legitimately. Not scamming, stealing/doing Evil b4 u can make it.
so,why is he promoting fake miracles and testimonies in his church. Don't you know that these testimonies are capable of giving people false hope of fortunes like miracle babies Miracle jobs Miracle husband Miracle wealth etc?
FxMasterz: Everything you said is correct concerning every believer. That's my brand of Christianity. That's what I preach. And interestingly, that's what Oyedepo teaches.
Oyedepo was the first man of God in this country to teach you how to take charge of your life as a Christian and be a beacon of hope to others in your neighborhood. Infact, he teaches that wherever a Christian is, especially in the midst of unbelievers, he is the pastor or the priest of God for the people in that place. He teaches that you're born again to be a solution provider and not a miracle seeker. You're the one that God has placed in your neighborhood, your office, your school, anywhere, as a representative of God to the people. God put you there because He wants to work through you to manifest His love towards the people. You're not there by accident. The believer is the solution that God has sent to his generation. Your refusal to take full advantage of God's grace upon your life is a disservice to God's kingdom. "It is a slap on your redemption for you to be running from pillar to post looking to someone to lay hands on you when God has already placed the solution within you." Let me stop here. At least you already got the gist.
Please let's celebrate this great man of God. It doesn't matter whether he knows that I exist or not. He doesn't actually need to know. He is indeed a blessing to this generation.
Happy birthday once again to the great man of God, Bishop David Oyedepo!
So, are you aware that you can still be the Christian that you are, without him ?
are you aware that what God desires from you is your direct relationship between you and him without you having a priest or a man of God. Meaning, you are a priest for yourself?
Are you aware that you are unique and peculiar the way you are, just like he is unique the way he is?
I'm not saying that you shouldn't celebrate anyone. But the truth is that he doesn't even know that you exist talkless of him celebrating you.
And most importantly, do you know that your worship to God is you and just you alone, without religious building, gathering or place? Check your bible He was suppose to be the one telling you these.
The day you understand these things, that's when you will know what it means to be free. Then you will never need miracles anymore talkless of testimonies because you will see that nothing was wrong with you in the first place. You were as whole as the first man God created(Adam) which he created and saw that everything about him was good without any defect.
God never intended to intervene or perform miracles in the first place he created man. He wanted man to learn and take charge. Image a man inventing an electric fan and keeps intervening by turning the blades with his hands all the time after plugging it to electricity. He will become frustrated that this fan is not working the way it ought to work.
That's how God feels anytime you are begging for miracles all to give testimony. You don't know?
Zaheertyler: That’s a question you sleep over lol but since you’ve chosen to reply asap Then daddy’s work wasn’t to administer justice to the ignorant but to bring their awareness to the truth which is in the gospel only and take away the And he has been really successful one to which I am a testament of The world and society is there no doubt with their ways and flaws swimming in the mysteries of Good and bad But this is a different world a world where good and bad doesn’t exist but faith, only the living world..it’s not his job to destroy the world of Good and bad but it’s his job to bring people to the side of the living.. My question is you where do you stand? Why don’t you try the side of the living because the other side as you can see is fading away lol Why don’t you save your self so you can save those around you
He is actually doing a good work in preaching the gospel which every pastor does, and i commend him a lot for that.
But matching the law of justice with the gospel he preach seems so difficult for him to do. I think this is why Nigerians are not getting justice.
You know, the gospel comes with justice. And the gospel is like a curriculum, a school. Imagine thousands of people going to school every Sunday, paying offering as tuition, yet they are not rightly thought Then it becomes a societal problem and they are not getting what they are paying for
Zaheertyler: I have a question for you Is there such thing as evil, bad or wrong
ofcourse, there is evil, bad or wrong
Or it’s just ignorance from people who don’t know who they are and the position they occupy in Gods creation?
people knowing who they are in God's creation has absolutely nothing to do with whether they are ignorantly evil people or good people, or whether they are being evil deliberately or unknowingly.
And note that, whether someone is deliberately evil or he is doing evil ignorantly, there is no difference. Evil is evil Ignorance is not an excuse.
The bottom-line is, the outcome of everyone's action or deeds is what determines whether what the person is doing, is wrong or right
Manchester City vs Arsenal has turned to where clashes of yesteryear between Arsenal and Manchester United found themselves - sitting firmly amid a sea of spite and loathing from both sides.
The toxic rivalry between Manchester City and Arsenal was encapsulated at the end of Sunday's fierce battle at the Etihad Stadium.
At the final whistle, with City on a high after plundering a 98th-minute goal to grab a 2-2 draw, Erling Haaland collared Mikel Arteta and could not resist a verbal potshot at the Arsenal boss. As their paths crossed, Haaland, his voice dripping with sarcasm, said to Arteta: “Stay humble, eh? Stay humble, eh?” which drew a withering look from Arteta, who then walked away.
Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus, formerly of City, stepped in to defend his boss but was met with another put down from Haaland, who said: “What are you talking about? Get the f*** away you f****** clown”, before turning to 17-year-old Gunners debutant Myles Lewis-Skelly and snarling: “Who the f*** are you?”.
But the fractious nature of the latest meeting between the two sets of players confirmed the Premier League now has a bitter rivalry to stand alongside that of Manchester United and Arsenal, whose mutual loathing on the pitch - led by captains Roy Keane and Patrick Vieira - was shared off it between Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger.
Mrdellychy: In my own opinion, technically, people of Edo did not vote in APC or Monday Okpebholo rather, they technically voted against Godwin Obaseki the incumbent Governor. These are my views/reasons..
1. Obaseki alleged interference with the highly revered Benin "Obaship" structure. Benin no be kano where they unbundled Emirate.
2. Victimisation of his former deputy, Philip Shuaibu, despite the court ruling reinstating him yet, he refused to honour the court judgement. No matter the offense of Shuaibu, he should have forgiven him considering the first impression/loyalty that people say it lasts longer... Shuaibu stood by him and even defected to PDP with him when his political ship was sinking. Most people never believed Shuaibu could take side against his mentor -Oshiomole.
3. Adams Oshiomole's influence. Like him or hate him? Adams still remains a heavy weight in Edo politics. A former governor and an Incumbent senator that controls one-third of Edo political region/space
Feel free to add yours.
this has nothing to do with Shaibu. Yes, Oshiomole was influential, but it was insignificant. PDP had neglected grass root politics that APC took advantage of, that's the problem
Anither563: That's why you should be casting your vote for the right candidate and not for the party.
You know, if you take Edo state election for example, the result shows that most of the votes accumulated by APC were from the interior villages of owan, Sabon gida, Afuze, uromi, Agenebode, etc. Many of these people don't know who a right candidate should be. Anyone they feel around their presence in that grass root politics is who they vote for
StaffofOrayan: I think it's a class war! In most elections so far, APC always seen to perform poorly in affluent/semi affluent neighborhood but perform well in the most impoverished areas
If that is the case, then APC is not doing badly at all. But do you have example of any impoverished area APC has performed since the on-set of the Buhari's administration in 2014 till this moment of Tinubu? Because, the last time i checked, rural communities are also affected by this current state of the economy and exchange rate
ogmask: You are the biggest zombie. you do not insult pple to drive home your point. you pple are quick to haul insults on others yet you call yourself an educated man. Na you know book pass abi. kpas. make I clear your hateful brain small.. an educated man is one who respects the views of others. you can't drive yours down the throat of others by calling them names. get a life or get lost sore loser...
Hello if you are stil there! Do you still remember this thread?
Sorry I had insulted you. My apologies to everyone who had felt insulted by my posts. I was only saying the reality of things out of frustration
Obviously, the truth is Nigeria is a victim of Democracy
casualobserver: Below is my post from August 27th. The problem with the educated Nigerians in the cities is 1) we don’t understand that we are a minority 2) the majority do not think like us at have the same needs and aspirations. But we always arrogantly assume the majority must think like we think and vote like we do…why? What does a man in the village who farms his own food and whose major focus is kerosene and borehole have in common with the man in the city who consumes foreign rice and other imported items? 3) APC win elections because they understand democracy is about the majority not the minority. 4) there is nowhere where democracy guarantees you the best candidate (whatever that means). All democracy is supposed to guarantee is the will of the people.
You are absolutely right! This is what i observed during Buhari's re-election in 2018
