As much as I love the internet and social media if misinformation/alternative facts,media,reality/conspiracy theories are not fought or crack down on we may be heading towards a world of two realities.It is so sickening that people easily believe edited videos and lies targeted at misinforming people this developing cancer needs to be fought abd terribly addressed a good amount of human population easily believe this lies and fall for such fiction and claim it is reality.The fact that many of us want to believe lied even when truths and facts stare us in the face is alarming.Truths and facts are being threatened

Single passport for Africans is a declaration of the Africa Union Agenda 2063 seeking to integrate the continent’s business and politics based on Pan-Africanism and the vision of Africa’s Renaissance.

The African passport is the flagship project of the 2063 Agenda aiming to remove restrictions on Africans’ ability to travel, work and live within their own continent.

The initiative aims at transforming Africa’s laws, which remain generally restrictive on the movement of people despite political commitments to bring down borders with the view to promoting the issuance of visas by member states to enhance free movement of all African citizens in all African countries.

The African Union Passport is currently available to government leaders, diplomats and AU officials only. Reports from South Africa said that the passport is set to be rolled out this year as an implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

Reports said that the AfCFTA aims to bring together 1.3 billion people in Africa’s US$ 3.4 trillion economy, creating a single market for goods and services in addition to a customs union with free movement of both capital and business travelers.

The Africa Union Agenda 2063 initiative aims at transforming Africa’s laws, which remain generally restrictive on the movement of people despite political commitments to bring down borders with the view to promoting the issuance of visas by member states to enhance free movement of all African citizens in all African countries.

The passport is expected to ease travel within the African continent to stimulate then create economic success to this Continent.

Tourism is on top agenda among key economic areas envisaged to boost Africa’s development and social welfare of its people. The AU has been pushing its objective to double intra-Africa tourism by 2023, as part of the 10-year implementation plan (2014- 2023), which fits into the broad AU Agenda 2063 on free movements between African states.

The Managing Director, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Captain Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu disclosed at the weekend that new international terminals in Lagos, Kano and Enugu will be completed and inaugurated before January 20, 2021.

Yadudu who disclosed this in an interview while assessing the role of the airport authority in the past year said the inauguration was subject to many variables.

The FAAN helmsman also spoke on the need to transform the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) into a hub saying it was a vital consideration to have the airport operate efficiently.

He emphasized the need to link the old and new terminal as well as the international and domestic terminals to improve transition around the airport.

Yadudu said: “That is a an important consideration for us, to have a hub to operate it efficiently, you need these connectivity, well in the first instance, we already have a committee to have this, and part of the success of that committee is that we have a linkage between the old and the new terminal, it was completed last week, it is not commissioned because the terminal itself is not yet commissioned.

“We have a proper linkage now between the old and the new buildings and talking about connectivity between the internationals and with the domestic we are working with government, we have designs for the most suitable ways to achieve the connectivity, buses and even a light rail proposal but right now we are at the development and planning stage.
