It’s a shame that this person is even considered to be an adult
|
AmoryBlacq:In fact, this is our first win over Liverpool since 2021, when we beat them in the league at Anfield… |
IjeBos:Sir, I can’t also explain the mad’ness! It’s like some invisible force from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem has so bewitched American politicians to the extent that rational thinking has escaped their brains |
Madueke, please get a proper football IQ!!!!! |
IjeBos:It isn’t. It’s a shame that the Democrats and Republicans, in the House, will most likely vote for this bill 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ |
cococandy:Precisely! |
Threatening American citizens with a $1M fine plus 20yrs in prison for boycotting a foreign country is violently anti-American, repugnant of Art. I, and transgresses the 1st, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, & 10th amendments H.R. 867 is some King George sh*t

Redman44:They will most likely play for Nigeria |
Redman44:Yea I was hoping for an “easier” draw, but sometimes, it is better to win it the tough way. Unlike, two years ago, I expect the current iteration of D’Tigress to achieve a more convincing victory over the Rwandans |
Yes!! Nnadozie’s 2 penalty saves wins it for Paris FC🎉🎉 |
raumdeuter:Fair enough, you’re right. I won’t discourage peeps who want to japa. It’s just that a nomadic lifestyle may not be the best |
Basic summary of the lives of a good number of diasporans

Trump’s proposal to remove federal income taxes for individuals earning less than $150,000/year would impact 93% of Americans aged 15 and over, who earn less than that in a year… IF (and that’s a big if, considering that we are no longer hearing the “no tax on tips” proposal 😂) the Republican Congress eventually passes this measure, and Trump signs it into law, just watch his poll numbers significantly rebound. |
If Abramovich were still the owner, Osimhen would have been signed a long time ago.. Yes, Jackson has slightly improved this season in terms of goals and general movement in and around the box, but CFC would simply be making up the numbers if he is the leading striker in next season’s UCL (if we qualify) |
Inter will only have themselves to blame if they eventually go out at this stage, after throwing away a 2-goal lead! They had chances to further stretch the Barca defense in that second half with precision passes thru the middle, but DiMarco, Mkhi and co made some wrong backward passes. Anyway, Tuesday at the San Siro should be fun, as Inter may try to play for a draw for 120 minutes |
Wawu! Thuram probably scored the fastest goal in a UCL semifinal! 😁 |
Kimbeast:Yeah. The point is that Liverpool fans should say they’ve won 20 “top-flight” titles, rather than boasting that they’ve won 20 “Premier League” titles 😁 |
Osimhen to Chelsea would have been a reality, by now, but his current wage bill of €12 million net/season is putting of Chelsea and other Premier League clubs… Right now, I would say his main options, if he doesn’t want a pay cut, are to 1) return to Italy, possibly with Juventus; or 2) head to Saudi Arabia. Those two options are the only options, for now, that would either ensure that he still earns his current wages or earn significantly higher wages |
United fans: "What are you on about? We have won the Premier League 13 times." Liverpool fans: "No you haven't. You haven't even won 1 Premier League title. You haven't even been in a title race for a Premier League title!" United fan: Furious. "Yes we have. Prove we haven't." Liverpool fan: "Ok. The Premier League has only been called The Premier League since 2016. You haven't won the league since before that, so you haven't won the Premier League and you aren't even on par with Leicester." 92 - 93: FA PREMIER LEAGUE. 93 - 01: FA CARLING PREMIERSHIP. 01 - 04: FA BARCLAYCARD PREMIERSHIP. 04 - 07: FA BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE. 07 - 16: BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE. 16 - ?: PREMIER LEAGUE. United fan: "But, but that doesn't count. It's still the same league." 😂😂😂😂😂 |
fredoooooo:🤣😂 But the Bundesliga would be awarded to them on the last day of the season, Abi? |
IjeBos:Massachusetts policy is definitely similar to most other state judicial policies. |
Liverpool may take it easy on us if they win the league tomorrow 😁 |
cococandy:ICE actually had an administrative warrant, which in all likelihood, was valid. Now, that type of warrant is only to be executed when the suspect is in an area accessible to the public. The issue is that the judge facilitated the movement of the suspected through a special exit designated for the jury. This now leads to another question: did the county judge knowingly and willfully obstruct an ICE operation, even though the suspect was, at the material time, in her courtroom where she has near total control over? |
A sitting judge being arrested is serious. There’s no doubt about that. But as with any criminal case — especially one involving immigration enforcement and judicial authority — the facts matter. And right now, I would like to see more of them. Judge Hannah Dugan has been charged with obstructing a U.S. agency and concealing an individual to prevent arrest. The Department of Justice alleges that she helped an undocumented immigrant avoid being arrested by government agents at the courthouse. At this stage, I’m watching this case carefully because the facts are going to be critical. If Judge Dugan intentionally helped someone evade a valid warrant — meaning a warrant that legally allowed federal agents to enter a courtroom and arrest that person — then sure, we may be crossing into criminal territory. But I don’t know if that’s what happened here. And based on what’s publicly available right now, I have real skepticism about the government’s case. We’ve seen in other high-profile prosecutions that the government’s early allegations often don’t hold up once the facts are tested in court. Charges can sound convincing when first announced — but not every case ends the way it starts. That said, I understand why people are linking this arrest to broader constitutional concerns. There is growing public anxiety about attacks on the judiciary — from online threats, to political figures encouraging the disregard of Supreme Court rulings, to a more general erosion of respect for judicial independence. Viewed in that context, the arrest of a sitting judge by federal authorities — even over conduct tied to a specific case — understandably feels alarming to many people. The government will eventually have to prove whether Judge Dugan’s actions meet the high legal standard for obstruction or concealment. And yes — I do believe this is an example of the government showing: “If you disagree with us, if you interfere with our immigration enforcement efforts, we will come down on you with the full weight of the law.” I believe this case deserves close scrutiny. And before you rush to defend it, ask yourself honestly: If the political parties were reversed — if this were a Democratic administration arresting a Republican judge — would you still think it was justified? I do not know. Maybe you would. |
MSGAMBLE9:Cote D’ Ivoire |
armyofone:Abi $15k will do the trick 😅 |
Genuinely didn’t know that the Premier League still had this rule..
|
liveLongNprospa:Won’t be surprised if Tinubu decides not to run in 2027, but install one of the APC governors |
TheSuperNerd:If Osimhen is heading to the EPL, it’s now most likely that his destination would either be Stamford Bridge or the Emirates.. |
cococandy:Absolutely |
Food for thought
