Just use your common sense and don't try to be too clever by half.

Everybody knows that in the process of manipulating the votes, APC left a trail which is difficult to erase.

In count one,it will be dismissed because server results cannot take the place of manual sheets while proving evidence of lawful votes cast.the evidence paraded by atiku is unlawful,vague,not precise,speculative and mere hearsay.

On count two,the allegation is the use of trader money to induce voters.this is purely a pre election matter and should be tried by civil courts.the petitioner failed to prove how it affected the elections.the tribunal is only interested in what happened during the elections at the polling units to the point of declaration of results.was trader moni in force during the polls? No.it was suspended before then.i hereby dismiss this count.

On count three,allegatiins of non compliance must be from all polling units.evidence of non compliance was only proven in 200 units which is not substantial.this charge is hereby struck out.

On count for and five these are purely pre election matters and outside the jurisdiction of this tribunal.they are hereby dismissed.

The entire petition is hereby dismissed and the election upheld.the petitioner is fined 20 billion for false claims and wasting the time of this honourable court
