There's this girl I used to chat with long before I learnt before the Redpill. She is my junior in school (same department) and I was attracted to her because she is not the usual type of girls that linger around nowadays.

First, this girl unlike many of her colleagues is not a social media freak, to the extent that she doesn't have a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter account. She only uses Whatsapp plus she's a very brilliant and also beautiful. Inshort these are the distinguishing features that I saw in her and made me attracted to her.

In some while, we started chatting from little chats, it moved on to long chats. But on the long run, the girl started becoming unstable. At times, it might take days before she replies my "Hi", at times she replies immediately and so on like that.

The actual day I wanted to toast her, the lateness in replying of the chat really discouraged me and it was about the time I started learning about the Redpill, so I aborted the whole mission and continued my life. The thing now is I still have strong feelings for the girl. I always try to suppress it after learning the Redpill, to the extent that I haven't chatted her for about 7 months now, she also didn't chat me. But I'm now considering chatting her up and see how it goes again..

Should I chat her up or I should maintain my abort mission

If you know to the extent women keep secrets, men will not tell women anything about themselves. Things that men think are trivial and unimportant that they tell women around them, they don't know that most of this information contain secret about their character, lifestyle, thinking process among all others. While women tell you things that will make her more valuable in your eyes e.g I am a virgin, I don't sleep around, I know how to cook, I can keep money for a long time without spending. Most of this things are really not important in the grand scheme of things but men don't realise that. Take a look at this scenario; My friend and I had an argument about food one day, and I was dissatisfied. So i went ahead and told a girl I am seeing recently about the argument. I might think such information is tribal but she has gotten one important thing about me, I like food. Later she will start cooking for me and I will think she really loves me, then suddenly she will stop cooking and when I ask her why, she says that ingredients are cost now and she cannot continue cooking. Then in my own mind I will start rationalize everything like; she is cooking for me, I should be paying her so that she will cook better food, it is not as if I can go to a restaurant and eat without paying. Then I start paying for ingredients for her to continue cooking. Although there will be no improvement in the cooking l but because I paid for the food because I want to get better tasting food, my brain will deceive me into thinking that there is an improvement in her cooking. Sadly, I am just paying extra for the same food I was getting for free.

We men should learn to keep most of our thoughts to ourselves just like how we are controlling pur sexual urges. Thank you.

When you talk about endurance, is it during training or normal physical activities? Cardio exercises are best for endurance. Jogging,road walk, calisthenics,dancing etc. Exercises that keeps your heart and lungs on their toes.

I went online now to check on calisthenics and I must say that I am impressed. I want to build my endurance so that I will be able to engage in sports longer like football and basketball. Thanks

I was in the anger stage for a little over 4 years, this thread helped me get over it, I got to scoop some knowledge from those far ahead of me in trp game, it was then I knew I was stuck.
Last month I decided to leave that phase, the goal is not to hate women, it is to be the best version of yourself and honestly being the best version of yourself naturally attracts women, and so the red pill arms you with tools necessary to deal with them.

As I came there, I didn't even give her one kobo attention, she started trying to get my attention, she said I don't reply her greetings and I told her I do answer her greetings, except she is looking to receive special greetings from me, special greetings which I don't have to give, the look on her face was golden, I no send I just continue my attitude.
I was going there everyday, and everyday she tried getting my attention, trying to engage me in conversations, but I just give short answers and end the conversation. It was strange to her, I guess she was wondering if something was wrong with me, cus I was the only one not giving a Bleep about her existence. I must confess, it felt so good doing that, depriving her of attention.
Then came a shit test, she came to me that she was hungry, I said "OK? What should I do?" then one other guy was like "come lemme buy food for you" and I was like "follow him", she said no, that's it me that she wants to buy food for her, I just laughed and told her that she ain't hungry then, the other guy was still persistent on buying her food, so when she saw I wouldn't bulge, she went with him, she came back with snacks, and offered me the snacks, I collected it and ate it(lol, you cannot shame the shameless, moreover eating beta males money is sweet ehn).
Since then, she started looking at me differently, she had nothing but respect, one day she came to meet me and collected my number, I didn't even ask for hers in return, I just gave her mine and lock up.
Since last month I decided to get out of the anger phase, I started building relationships with ladies I knew, wanted to get to know women better from my experience, while applying the red pill tenets.
I started talking with her frequently whenever I went there, she was always giving me attention, she tried shit testing me alot of times, but I passed with flying colours, later she started becoming clingy, and giving me eye contact every time, I later decided to collect her number, as I asked her she just brought her phone out and called me with the number I gave her (if she had did any shakara, God knows I would have locked up and not collected again), she was so happy ehn.

With women the way up is the way down and the way right is the way left, doing obvious things will get you nowhere.

It seems one common thing in the anger phase after coming in contact with TRP is to snob women, I am still in my anger phase and I just ignore women. I do as if I can't see them. I saw my secondary school class mate recently and I didn't even go and greet her. I saw her from afar and I just looked away and did as if I never saw anything.
