missmalachi: Wow but that's a good thing nau not my fire brigade approach and surprisingly i hardly miss anything of important. If i pack bag a week to any journey i will end up repacking it a night before or early morning of the day and end up reducing more than half of my bag content. Infact it happened with Bobo after packing the hospital bag a week ago i repacked 2 days to delivery and reduced many things still didn't use up all as i was discharged after 24 hours. |

Odiriance4all: She should try to know what triggers it and keep away from it/them such as certain food, brushing, smell etc. She should have crackers biscuits handy , it helps Let her take her routine drugs close to bedtime as some of them like B.com smells badly. She can suck on bitter kola. Just leave it in her mouth and be sucking/chewing it little by little. She can add lemon to her drinking water. She can chew the center stem of bitter leaf leaf( get a bitterleaf and remove the freshily leaf then chew the center stick) but if she was chew little of the bitter part it's ok too. No stress her abeg. Help her with house chores for now as she will soon pass this phase. Rest well . Drink water as much as possible to keep hydrated. Now if cold water doesn't stay down in her system, she can try warm water. Fruits and veggies should be her paddy. Cucumbers, watermelon, bananas. Let her discover the ones that her body likes and enjoy them. She should go back to the doctor if it too much and she is lossing weight too much. Pregnancy comes with different packages for different people we just find ways to go anout it. Very soon she will enter second trimester ; the honey moon phase and all these will be a thing of the past. Congratulations. 1 Like |

threegees: Hello mama , we are good this side. Feeling more abdominal pain and less baby kicks kind of baby spend more time sleeping and wakes to stretch her body then goes back to her sleeping. I'm yet to start shopping i just feel relaxed about it. I don't know if it's because this is my second baby or just my normal self ( i shopped for first baby's stuffs at 35weeks; went to market that day with DH and bought 95% of my list. I'm the kind of person that would be preparing to trevel and gathering everything i needed with my mind but won't pack bag till late at night or early morning of the day of journey) The kick and hits from Bobo has reduced as his grandma and cousin are around so he has other people to play with. About your baby formula,.nothing wrong with buying it now as long as you check the expiry date. 5 Likes |

Godlovesyou28: Put it up in Facebook include your dad's picture( younger version) your baby picture and now adult picture, the name of your name, father's name, his occupation ( what he does about 20 years ago) the name of his town etc. You can have a link through this. I don't think your mom abandoned you more like she was cut off from you and she let them have you since they have the means to train you better. |

Hello beautiful belleful mamas, I'm having lower abdominal pain especially when sitting down or trying to get up from laying down. I don't stress myself just normal house chores which are not that much as it's only Bobo and I are at home. But this boy is always hitting me with his legs and head on my belly though I wedge it with pillow but when I forget or least expect it , I get the hit. My next appointment is on Thursday and I would be going for scan on Monday. We are 25 weeks gone. Is there anything I can take to before then? 1 Like |

faithlucky: That was my situation last week heavy headache. Checked bp normal. I remembered that during the last visit to hospital, doctor told me that farsidar is now given monthly during pregnancy. And it was more than a month already so I took the anti malaria and the headache started reducing from the next morning. Now am fine and don't take paracetamol again. 1 Like |
