it can take a very long time to learn a language when you are older an lets face it, english isnt an easy language. what is considered proper english one one continent is not proper on anither. be patient and do it respectfuly. correct her in private not infront of people and correct her slowly. dont tell he everything that was wrong with the sentance but the major infractions first. once she masters the basic rules of english then start with the lesser rules.

lol word, a word is enough for the wise, abeg no dump because say her spoken english is bad. grin

Hi, to all NL.

After my company sent me out for a training at Edinburg in UK, i returned suceessfully puting a smell on everybodies face.

My boss who is married with four kids abroad want me to start dating him, giving me his reasons.
1. It was because i have interest in you that was why i insisted that the company sent you for a course at UK.
2. I LOVE you and might marry you.
3. I will promote you and increase you salary.
after all his reasons I refused, three days latter he called me i went to his office lo and behold he ask me if i have finally made up my mind to date him i said i cant't date him because he is my father,instantly he ask me to get out from his office and my manager called me to his office and gave me a LETTER OF TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT.

I was not scared, i only took the letter in good faith and left.

Now he haeard that i have gotten a new job, AS AN ADMIN OFFICER still maintaining the position i held in his company, tho, the pay is not big i accepted it so that i dont stay at home idle.

I was told they want to bid for a contract but no one to bid for it,because no admin officer to pass instruction to the secretary to prepare a wining bid, everyone is saying how they wish she was still working with us.three days ago my ex boss, manager, boss wife, secretary, and the cleark , they have been calling me pleading me to come back and work with them.

NL, I am confuse should i go back or continue with my new job.

please advise.

Universities and colleges abroad attach the same recognition to their own qualifications regardless of the method of study. Also, employers abroad give the same recognition to qualifications regardless of the method of study.

It is very sad that real advancement is lacking in many facets of Nigeria society.

I really get irritated by these type of posts. The truth is, a part of u enjoys the drama, so you let it go on. Pls dont waste our time asking for advice u are not ready to take.

What i mean is that it has been over between us. but now he comes back distorbing me to give him a second chance why his ex,is deperate to have him back, i dont have strenght to fight my fellow girl because of a guy, besides he broke my heart twice.

Now he keep on distorbing me, that he want me back, embarasshing my colleque, friends, that are male, even my co-workers and church members that are guys. I wonder what he want from me.

Really? How on earth can he do this. How does he know all the guys that "come across ur way"? How does he tell them? Face to face? Over the phone? By letter/ email? How is this possible?

I wonder, no he refuses to go to his church and he has urgently become a member of my church for some weeks now.

after i cought him had sex with his ex, and several heart break from my guy, who is now my ex, i promise myself to be alone for some times without a lover. though he came pleading for second chance, i found no place in my heart to welcome him back, because i have experience 2 serious heart break from him.

He kept distorbing me every day and night even in my office premises, i had to tell him one on one that he should go back to his ex, as i can read it through her that she is still in love with him, he left bitterly.

Now he swear he will never let me be till i give him a second chance, I have decided that i can not give him a second chance, because i can not share my love with another girl, either will i like my love to be shared with another man.(i can't finish eating my cake and still have it)

The worst part is that he keep on embarassing every guy that comes across my way, telling them that i am his fiance, HE even tell me one on one that he must marry me by force.

I am confess, should i report him to our layers, or arrest him, or leave the country because of him, or huh
