It may sound expensive but what matters is the conditions it is in. I will rather buy a car expensive and have rest of mind than cheap and get to know all the mechanics in my area. |

First thing you will do is to delete the mech's number from your phone. Two, check the fluid level both before and after driving. If the fluid level is okay, then the gear bottom plate need to be loosened and washed. |

Undeserved you say? My wife served God faithfully until her death. She doesn't deserve that kind of death. As I said earlier, people die everyday from one calamity or the other. Don't rub it in by claiming grace or mercy. |

That your sister survived a car crash is not enough justification to prove the existence or otherwise of God. To me, it shows lack of apathy. People die everyday on our roads. Religious people, people who serve God. Just last week, the chairman of CAN in one of the northern states died in a road accident. A church building collapsed in Akwa Ibom and killed hundreds. We are mortals, there are things we will never understand. Calamities abound. I lost my wife to a ghastly accident. The following Sunday, people were giving testimonies of God delivering from one accident or the other. You can imagine how I felt |

CastedDude: This is not the best of times for a man who was forced to exhume the remains of his late parents in Imo state. According to reports, the man had to exhume the remains of his late father and mother buried years ago - due to the expansion of a highway by Imo State Government along Wheathral Road in Owerri as he believed that the road expansion may affect their graves..
The remains were exhumed over night in order to meet up with the deadline given by the authorities.
Mr. Ugochukwu Ezeji, an Owerri indigene wrote:
"Even the dead cannot rest in peace under Rochas administration. My friend exhumed his parents remains to make way for nonsense road expansion along whethral road. God is watching. Feeling very sad."
Source; https://www.nationalhelm.co/2018/03/man-ordered-exhume-late-fathers-remains-due-road-expansion-photos.html op, you made it sound as if the govt. is wrong to expand the road. Expansion of road is a laudable project and some people will be affected negatively. |

Crime › Re: Okada Man Loses Bike After Parking To Look For N100 Change To Give Passenger by pek(m): 6:46am On Mar 19, 2018 |
MaNyEsq: After reading some of the comments on this issue, I have nothing to say but "WOW." No wonder Nigeria is a pariah state. I feel bad for the "okada" man whose bike was stolen in the course of getting "change" for his customer. First of all, the okada man should be applauded for his good customer service, which is a rarity in today's Nigeria. But those who cast the blame on his passenger for the theft are sorely mistaken.
Secondly, the okada man is in business to pick up and drop off passengers for a fee. Based on the passenger's account of the event, he paid for the service that he received and as the owner was looking for "change," his bike was stolen. Moreover, it is the responsibility of the business owner to serve his customers including providing them change. I am sure the okada man is very familiar with the area and should have been more careful not to just park his bike anyhow to take care of his customer.
Finally, his passenger had no legal obligation to look after the bike. It would have been a different ball game if he had entrusted him with the responsibility of looking after his bike and he accepted when it was stolen. So, for people to cast aspersions and deride the passenger is not only uncalled for but the anger towards him is mis-directed. This actually shows what is wrong with the society. People are quick to judge and blame someone without justification. What part of Mars do you live? |
