mishie, point of correction, simple grammar, i "was" with first bank and the truth is that 1st bank has neva i rpt neva employed more than 200 employees, simple statistics, first bank has abt 410 branches nationwide with a staff strength of averagely 15 in each branch thats abt 6150 plus extras lets say 7000(now dats an exageration) so if they employ abt 1000 every year as u claim, where do u want them to wrk, consider d fact only abt 300 staff retire each year, i feel anybody dat has not been called by now shld just take their mind off it and get serious with other hopefuls but if u want to keep on deceiving urself who am i to stop u!

yes it is useless when looking for wage employment, U can try going back to school for another course with a direct entry and its just 2 or 3 years. instead try self employment

well guys, first bank has the best training school in nigeria, ave been there, ave also been to gt bank training school, the funny thing is that first bank training school produces bankers of excellence but they don't keep them due to poor pay, so what we have is a situation where first bank trains and the others poach, 98% of the instructors at any banking school in nigeria has passed through first bank training school, not only that they have a training regime that compares favourably with that of any major consulting firm in the world, i was suprised to discover that similar materials that we were given in first bank was used at harvard business school where i did my MBA, it is also the only banking school in nigeria where theory z management theory is taught in depth, u can't beat that, the only regerttable thing is that with such a huge deployment of training resources, the bank doesn't keep the people it trains due to poor pay! !

i hate to dash your hopes but first bank cannot recruit more than 300 people at any given time, and there has never been a third batch, in first bank there are no reliable sources, i am telling from first hand experience, i left them last year, so if u aven't been called by now and the chances that u will be are very very slim, say like 2%

most likely d battery is faulty and i guess its because of d flunctuating voltage u guys have over there, if u bought it brand new and its not yet a year old u could get it replaced for a reduced fee at toshiba service center otherwise u just have to buy a new battery,please DON'T try to repair it o! u will just end up spoiling the board if u do, u can get a new battery at ikeja for just 15k if u are in lagos or at citadel in ibadan, abuja or PH, in future try to use a voltage breaker/stabilizer with your laptop, cheerio

thats true, but the job is for draughtsmen although a degree is essential, u need to be proficient in AutoCAD, just logon to www.total.com go to careers, register your profile and you can apply,remember to make your CV as comprehensive as possible stating job experiences cuz post NYSC experience is required and familiarity with drawings is a key deliverable
