I don't know the election you are talking about.... Don't mix Guber with Presidential. You used Omisore as an example in a Guber election, the referenced Tinubu for Aba.... Let me use same analogy, was Tinubu, Obi & Atiku not in Osun before the election? Before the BVAS thing, we all knew who won the election 4 years ago, the people just re-inforced it.
