Only dismiss? Imagine if the US police only dismissed the cop killer of Michael Brown |
Nauttyprof:I get you. But sometimes things go out of hand. I had a rich uncle (so I thought). He and his family travels to Dubai for Christmas every year. His children goes to one of the most expensive school in Abuja. It was when he died that we knew he didn't have any savings. When his wife opened the savings they saw only 50k inside. If you call this man out of the blue that you want 50k, he'll give you 70k. Nobody would believe in any worse case scenario as far as this man was concerned. You'll never think this man have nothing less than 150 million in his account. But las las he saved only 50k with no house. He only had a land that all the people he had helped had to raise money to build a house for his family.. Now tell me, would you assume any worse case scenario here? |
I remember when a very good friend of mine was campaigning for a position of SUG in one of the Southern universities. They promised they'll buy school buses for students living in Lagos, and do this and do that.. When they won the election they discovered that the past SUG left less than 2 million in the coffers. They couldn't disclose to the students how much they met (though my friend told me).. I pitied the SUG that time.. Everyone thought they were eating money when actually there wasn't money to eat.. That's why you shouldn't take any President aspirant campaign next year, if first he doesn't admit that Nigeria is broke and what he'll do about that... If anyone says he won't borrow a dime avoid him like a plague else you'll meet another Buhari. If he promises to reduce fuel price or electric bill, he's a big liar. If he says he'll not borrow let him say how he will get money to build infrastructures. Let him say how he'll make Nigerians patient for at least 3 years before his policies will begin to bear fruits (cos if you think a president can solve Nigeria's problem in one year you're unwise). Let him identify the major problem and give realistic solutions. Not how he will make the naira equal to $1. Shine your eyes my country people. |
Standing5:dropped off by air just to kill only 10 persons.. Use your brain. If you were a bandit and you're given air support how many persons would you kill? And from the report there were multiple bandits.. |
Like how do people take someone else's life.. Not due to anger or self defense, or mistake but for petty things like money making, cultism, and robbery.. Like I've tried putting myself in a killer's shoe. But the only way I see myself taking someone else's life is if I'm not human. What goes in the mind of those people that slit someone else's throat..?? |
7victor:A good example of these set of people are public universities lecturers.. Like how would you derive happiness in failing students. Its not like your salary increment or job promotion is proportional to how many students you fail. That's how one lecturer joyfully sent the number of students that failed his course to us. You could see/hear the pride in his voice as he was showing us.. |
Hate him or not but this man has achieved a lot.. Call him a dullard, lifeless etc, but man Professors and Lively people will never walk where this man have walked |
And now Sanwo Olu will ban Okada and they'll start complaining |
Now that our Southern Governors have banned open grazing, we shouldn't have excuse of Fulani herdsmen clash.. Let all those that can farm go and farm.. |
Its just a little sacrifice for the actualisation of Biafra. When we get it we would install Simon Ekpa as our supreme leader. We would only install people who didn't sacrifice anything.. People who enjoyed their lives with their family outside the country. |
bmdmix11:it doesn't matter. Nigeria is broke. |
Mystic216:No Nigeria doesn't have money. Check how much FG, States and LGs shared for the month of August. Just a little over $1.5 billion. Like a country with 36 states, 714 LGs and 200 million people actually shared less than 2 billion dollars... Nigeria is stinkingly poor. |
ogododo:ok |
One day politicians will come out enmasse to protest unpaid salaries |
ogododo:Stop using that excuse that PDP paid for rail.. Which rail did they pay for? For 16 years PDP could not complete any rail project only pay for it. That's lie from the pit of hell.. If you're a traveler and you say you don't see any ongoing road project then you're blind. |
Very soon they'll write laws about FG setting aside billions for their private jets |
hargbolahan01:And you think you won't borrow a dime during all these while.. No matter how good your policy is, no company would want to invest where there's no road, light and railway. |
ultiabaz36:So which President do we hold responsible for America's $20 trillion debt |
May God not give us another President that would make us say so so and so past President was the best so far.. |
When we tell people that Nigeria is broke they will come for out head. That money is less than 2 billion dollars (remember 2 billion dollz was what ATM Dasuki shared with other corrupt politicians). With less than 2 billion dollars, Nigerians want Nigeria to transform into Dubai in moments. Go to google and check how much they built the Burj Al'Arab hotel in palm Island, Dubai... That's just a single building in Dubai o. Even with this chicken change, some people think Buhari can build infrastructure without taking loans.. Bring your best President or politician or economists from any country, let him come and build the Nigeria of your dreams without taking loans at least during his first 4 years.. |
Patrioticman007:So it is good for the legitimate businessmen to borrow from banks and not pay up as when when due because of the single fact that they are "legitimate"? If all "legitimate" businessmen take loans and not pay up where will the other "legitimate" businessmen take loans from?? Since y'all like comparing Nigeria to sane societies, try taking a loan from any bank in the US and default on your payments and see if the banks will be sane enough to let you go.. |
Have you all sit down to think if Buhari would have borrowed the way he borrowed if the past government built the roads, bridges, railways, power stations, dams etc he's borrowing for? A government that borrowed over 400 billion naira to pay salaries is literally admitting that there's no single money in the coffers. No matter how much you hate Buhari, you can't deny that fact. It's just like comparing a man that borrowed 1 million from the bank to eat and a man that borrowed 10 million naira to build a rented flat.. You can't say the man that borrowed the smaller amount (1 million) is better than the man that borrowed 10 million. Imagine you were told to manage a company that the previous manager was removed cos he ran the company down to the extent where the company was borrowing to pay her staff. And when you took over, you discovered the electrical wiring is bad, some furnitures are damaged, the company needs repainting and there's, no vehicles for the company... Tell me what you'll do for that company without borrowing.. |
If its money, would they be able to fight FG pound for pound? |
She's just acting out her lawyer's script. Trying to act insane so she can plead insanity |
OlawaleBammie:Let someone with an understanding about what's happening tell me what's wrong.. Thanks for your contribution |
SimplyFacts:Instant death is mercy on its own. |
OlawaleBammie:I'm in Abuja. The Pharmacist is in Warri. It was the same thing last year. I was in Abuja when the thing happened and when I called my mom she talked to a phamicist back there in Delta. |
Emergingnation:You seem not to understand. If IPOB try to lockdown the SE for a month, it's not Buhari or DSS that would try to stop them. It is the It is themselves. |
Good day everyone. I hope this meet you in good health. So last year around July August, I had malaria and diarrhea about the same time. After I treated myself of those I discovered my right wrist and my right knee became swollen. The pain I was feeling was excruciating as I could barely walk and couldn't use my right hand. A pharmacist my mom talked to said it was the bad water I was drinking that caused both the diarrhea and swollen joints. I was asked to buy a drug (can't remember its name). After about a week later the pain and the swell stopped. Now this year I had malaria and diarrhea again which I've treated. And now my left knee is swollen. I need expert idea. |
You know when the Chinese bank comes, the people wailing now will become their most loyal customers. They'll leave our Nigeria banks and migrate to the Chinese banks. We know them. |
Imagine James Onanefe Ibori spewing this cow dung.. |
Pierce008:Because of only 3 games?? Did you know Messi didn't score a goal in his first 5 matches of Barcelona last season?? He didn't change club then. |
