Your pemutation is possible but not devisable. I am enjoying the card PDP is playing, in no distant time more party members will go to APC and trust me the party structure will crack. PDP should just remain focus.

These are not modular refineries. There is a two decade hybrid space that fossil fuel cars and EVs will co-exist but after that it is bye bye petrol. Diesel will have another 20 year run with natural gas. Then final bye bye.

If you read the business case for new refineries, you will probably see plans to retrofit more into Petrochemicals after the first ten years. Petrochemicals will still use existing the crackers but product streams would be more of feedstock for petrochems

Saudi is not investing in modular refineries. Stop mis information and half assed suggestions. Modular Refineries are unsafe and don't make money.

Other countries with oil are still investing in refineries. Thank God they're not African nations else some people would insult their forefathers.
