He needs a transit visa passing through E.U countries. Is he using KLM or Air France?

My younger brother has been given student visa for his masters programme in the UK and he needs to travel this weekend. The problem is that his flight is transitting through Milan in Italy and we dont know if he requires a transit visa ?

I am really scared tbh. I uploaded all the documents myself and even went over my application severally. Why do you think my passport was left untouched? No vignette and no refusal letter. Like I followed the rules to the letter. @others please, has this happened to anyone before?

Send a paid email to UKVI and also do a paid call. Call them from 1am - 5am in order not to exhaust your call card during the day.

my application for uni lincoln admission has been pending since july 15 ( your offer is being processed). I just got a rejection from Gloucestershire cos I have a 2:1 BSc in Business Management while I am applying for MSc social work. I thought the first degree course of study didn't matter. I am just confused if to wait on Lincoln or apply for business analytics In other Uni(s) eventho, i would really loved to study social works. Hello Guys, so this is my issue. Please I'm so worried and need advice.

I did my biometrics on the 23rd of July (PRIORITY SERVICE)
my application was transfered to DMC on the 26th of July.
On the 28th of July, I received a non straightforward email. And I haven't heard back since then.
I sent my paid first email on the 30th and the second on the 2nd of August (yesterday) but haven't gotten any response. I have also tried to call the numbers but haven't been able to reach them.

MY APPLICATION PROCESS:
I uploaded 4 bank statements, one of which is a dollar account and all combined largely surpasses the amount I need to proof
I have had 3 US student visa refusals (back to back between Nov, December 2019 to March 2020. Note: the last two refusals were from reapplication from from first.
I have one Canadian visa refusal.
All the refusals were declared.
I also uploaded two of the US visa rejection letters, and for the last one the Canadian refusal, I wrote a letter informing that I misplaced the letters. But all the refusals were declared.

I uploaded an affidavit clarifying the disparity with my date of birth on m waec result and my passport.
I uploaded all other documents, transcripts, bsc cert, passport data page as well as pages of previous visas, tuberculosis test, cas and application checklist.

I really believed my application would be straightforward as I believed I didn't give room for questioning. I was really broken when I saw that email and haven't had so much peace till now.


I need advice guys, I'm running out of my mind. Anyone who has had to deal with can share the process. I'm hopeful still but it is frustrating.

1. It has no effect.
2. It varies depending on past visa refusals, proposed course if it is a career progression of your previous degree.

1) If the account to be used for POF is not involved in transactions (transferring in and withdrawal), to be reflected in the Bank Statement, can it affect the success of the Visa?

2) Is there going to be an interview during the course of Visa application or before one arrives in the UK?

I have called, I have sent emails and still they say application is awaiting a decision.

Nothing to be afraid of so far your submitted docs are genuine. Expect your visa by Friday or next week Monday (I am sure you did priority).

Incorrect. Morocco is on Amber list as at this moment.

Morocco is on the red list, the lay over in Morocco automatically means you'll have to pay £1700 pounds to quarantine when you get to the UK.

No cause for alarm in as much u declared past refusals and submitted genuine docs used in getting your CAS with pof.

Should there be a cause for alarm in the case of 7 refusals to 3 different countries...but reasons for refusals are purpose of study and home ties.....

You need a dollar Mastercard for it.

I submitted my application in the morning and printed my statement in the afternoon of the same day (28th of July) for assisted service/ upload at TLS.

Statement was for a period of 29 days (29th June to 28th July) with the first transaction been a debit on the 30th of June with a last transaction also a debit on the 28th of July.

Should I be worried that I have a statement which closing balance reads on the same day of my application submission?

Or should I present same statement used to obtain CAS which was for 28days (28th June to 26th July) with first transaction on the 30th of June and last transaction on the 26th of July, both debits.

Kindly note that account is a Nigerian Dorm in GBP

Walk In allows you to do biometrics if you do not want to wait for the actual biometrics date given after paying your visa and nhis fees
Standard is $502
Priority is £220.
If you want to do priority, you have to pay for standard first and then pay for priority.

Aamen, i claim it for my self as well. It’s 16working days now for me, biometrics was done july 8 for 2dependants and I Received non-straightforward email on 20/07 for myself alone and received for my 2kids on monday 25/07. i had 4 past uk refusals which i declared.

Exactly 6th-working week since biometrics, no mail nor communications from UKVI.

This is really surprising for a non-settlement visa application, to be honest and already stressing me out. Sent paid mails and response was application is already decided and should wait from communication from UKVI. Track and still remain at DMC, stage 3 of 6.

Is anyone in a similar scenario, similar experience or what can be done?
