Boko haram's utmost aim is not just to challenge the sovereignity and civility of our nation, but to bring out the monster in us and then justify their actions based on our reaction (we shouldnt fall for this). Supporting these acts is setting a bad precedence for the future of the NE. A nation of over 170 million people in this time and era can not afford to step 1,000 years backwards just because a bunch of retards (beasts)high on religious incantations deem it fit to do so. The army and cjtf should go after those bastards, kill and capture as many as possible and still maintain a humane face. |
Morally speaking, what is the difference between CJTF and BH if Pow's head are to be severed to prove a point. Rather, BH prisoners could be paraded in public and summary secret execution carried out. Beheading is primitive and barbaric. |
Next time a terrorist group asks for time out that should be the best time to throw the killer punch. Humanity can forgive humans, terrorists wont. |
Haha joy, why now. A lot of ladies would die to have what u have.Pls, ladies appreciate what u have. |
I dont expect the senior officers to be prosecuted cause this war is a written script that has been acted out and the c in c is too concerned about getting re-elected. My advice to youths in these troubled regions is that if you cant organise yourselves and defend your homeland then you better flee, the NA is a huge vaccum that reminds me of the saying:" the more you look the less you see". |
+think this makes economic sense, if half of our imports come from china then the step taken is one in the right direction. I see a lot of developing countries doing the same too. Smart move. |
what else do you expect from an army corp that has been recruiting men based on federal character and rejecting minds that are brilliant and willing to serve the country. Abeg, federal government should make sure the soldier's salaries are payed on time, they are doing a vey good job at fleeing.I guess this is what they are paid to do. |
Raiders:This clearly shows that the military approach is every inch archaic and unproffesional. They should totally overhaul their tactics and change the manner with which they approch this war. |
While FG is still at the round table waiting for a resolution on the hoax called 'ceasefire'' boko haram is using the oppourrtunity to pick its next target. Now, we know who is smarter and more decisiveI hope everyone that agreed to represent FG at the ceasefire meeting is shot in the end. No nation in the arab league will nev never negotiate with any terrorist organisation. The only language these terrorists understand is force. I hope mubi citizens will vote GEJ at the next general election, wishing them all fresh air courtesy of the presidency. |
Bravo, at last. Men of valour and substance stepping into politics. Muarray bruce, you have my vote already. |
VcStunner:Mr optimist, you cant be more positive than the rest of us. Most of the achievement and the figures you project are all going to be achieved without a sustainable power and steel sector.Check the list of industrial powers both in africa and the world:Russia, china, south korea, south africa, egypt, france, uk, japan, brazil, honkong, singapore just to mention a few, one thing they have in common is that the power and steel sectors are functional with or without the basic natural resources. These things are not achieved by dishing out economic theories based on local voodoo mathematics and statistics.FG should do the needful and leave the problem of job creation to private companies and individuals. |
Jonathan, is it PDP's grand agenda to ensure that nigerians remain without efficient power supply in order to sustain master-slave economy? PHUKING FIX THE POWER POWER PROBLEM FIRST B4 U START TAlKING OF CREATING JOBS:WE ARE NOT FOOLS!!!! |

Hmm..i see south africans are having fun on nairaland. Pls, remind your president to refund the 15 million dollars arms deal money before you pump that money into your country's infrastructures. We sef wan sky scrappers. |
America is not and will never be an empire. Its sucess over the centuries is rooted in its ability to house every descedant of all race under one roof. All races you can think in the world are well represented in its society, it strives to treat everyone as equal. Every american, one way or the other is a migrant. A nation of migrants, while the rest of the world hold on to its nativity. Americans are a bad influence and a pain in the ass, but anyways we love them but hate their overbearing, egoccentric, self serving foreign policies. |
atlwireles:Bros, three gbosa for you.The expensive nature of shale Oil fracturing and enviromentalist opposition would help sustain higher oil prices instead. Ameica itself cannot survive if prices go way bbelow 80 dollars per barrel. Presently, there is a lot of oil price politicking as it has to do with the russia-ukraine war. The US is presently trying hard to slow down the russian economy which is also heavily oil dependent by pressurin saudi arabia(US ally) to flood oil market with crude way above its OPEC quota.Talk of over oil dependent, saudi arabia sleeps, wake, eat, drink on the account of crude oil production. Its economy is most likely to collapse if prices continue to relapse. As for nigeria, our govt should start putting in place policies that would encourage local and foreign investtment in non oil sectors like dubai is presently doing. Nigeria is not the middle east as we have more than crude oil to offer the world. |
Op, these things happen.@ least they responded by sending someone to pick up the phone at your convenience. Keep reminding them of your plight. I have had positive testimonies about jumia in the past. Its agood thing you made your complain known to them, lets just hope they make amends. |
LASG has been doing all it can to make traders relocate to the new site in order to ease traffic in that axis. From the look of things on ground, more developers are investing more in its present location than that remotes site (though i havent been there). If you ask me, its all politics and greed on the path of lagos state govt to grab choice landed property in that area. Image how much those properties would worth if traders relocate.Personally, i just hope LASG rescinds this decision as its present location is advantageous to some of us. |
Big NO!!! |
Zedric:He is only four year old, most boys of his age would think a dog is as deadly as a lion. |
There is no one size fit all solution to securing or preventing access to a wireless network of any kind. A combination of all the proferred solutions could equally result to unnecessary network headache and overhead. Over the years, analysts have resulted to setting up extra layer mechanisms like radius and tacacs server. This also is an overhead, but then no amount of steps taken to secure your network is excessive. |
I can see you ghanaians are really enjoying yourself on nairaland, enjoy while it last. Op, abeg lets have your tales by moonlight adventure in nigeria. |
Since we are left with the two thieving parties, lets vote APC for a trial. If APC turns out to be another PDP, lrts vote them out immediately. PDP had 15 years to tackle the power situation they took us for a ride thinking we nigerians are fools, 2015 na to vote PDP out. Enough is enough. Now, we are wiser.Ekiti people did it, nigeria should also do it. Change is the only constant thing in life. |
Op, i swear you amaize me for saying nigerians deserve what they get. I believe you are over 20 or thereabout. Nigeria is a blesssed country that has been unfortunate not to have a youthful generation that could help revert the tide when things were going bad in this country. With your attitude and your stance, you are a threat to the upcoming generation. Instead of blaming others and calling nigerians names, try in your own little way to enlighten and change the orientation of youths and graduates that you come across on a daily basis. I also suffer the ineffeciencies that we see all around just as you do. You owe it a duty to nigeria to make your own meaningful contribution to its development no matter how tangible. |
I will support buhari if he doesnt push for a northern hardcore agenda, fight corruption reasonably, pass the PIB bill, build more refineries and abolish subsidy fraud, fight pipeline vandalism and generate at least 10,000 mw of electricity. |
wanimo:America is fast becoming the creator of today's terror monsters. It baffles me how its citizens sit back and allow its govt use their tax payers money to fund terror organisations that are willing to help topple regimes that do not do its bidding. Americas foreign policies in the last six decades or so has done humanity more harm than good.Three years ago, it was romancing Isis(aka moderate fighters), today it is bombing the same group. I wonder if america ever learns. The same mistake was made in vietnam some decades ago, afghanistan in the lae 70s, now the entire middle east. The middle east is fast becoming the wild wild east, thanks to america. |
You could also create an access list that denies rogue devices from accessing port 80 and 23 in youe router. |
If the richest men and women give 0.5 percent of their wealth to fight this scourge, the world would sucessfully rid itself of this threat. Humanity holds the key. |
