You don't know anything about the A 29 more than I do so just keep quiet , I will school you about that aircraft from airframe to avionics if you wake me up from sleep so take your ignorance away and fave the question ... Buhari said he is in hurry to defeat Boko Haram and that is why he made the illegal payment without recourse to or laws

Why in hurry to break Nigerian laws so you can defeat and enemy you already say is defeated ?

By 2020 when the first A29 will arrive we willl arrive Buhari will no longer be president so what's the hurry ?

Will the American ever break their laws to meet a deadline from another country? Hell No

Were our laws broken By Buhari or not ?

Stop defending nonsense please
Good. The question i ask is why wait for two years to acquire aircraft that will batter a group that you have declared as technically defeated.
Obviously, this government is telling us they still expect boko haram to be potent in the next two years.

I have been dual booting for close to two years. Install a grub based bootloader from your windows environment after installing the preferred OS on the two partitions. With this you should be able to access your window files from Linux but not other way round

Below is a screenshot of what u should have at start up.

Most likely that they were killed because they hesitated to engage the herdsmen. The effrontery with which these groups move about causing mayhem only alludes to the fact that their activities have been appended and abated by individuals with higher authority.

Just like the BH issue, if we cant get the sponsors of these attacks, we are going to have another Hydra-headed boko haram episode in our hands.
Its most unlikely that the opposition is involved in the sponsoring of these attacks as they would have been fished out.

You see even the American ambassador knows the right way to go about the problem. Cattle colonies established by government is the only way out of the farmer-pastoralist conflict raging over the middle belt. Thank God as we speak right now, these facilities are being built across the states of the north to tackle this issue.
Remove the goro you are probably chewing and read the text carefully. Where did the ambassador mention colony? Read up more and tell us what and how the proposed colony are supposed to be successfully managed when ranches have been proven to be most viable. If you cant manage a cattle ranch and how then do you expect to successfully manage a colony?

The definition of COLONY in Nigeria is nothing but expanded grazing a.k.a LAND GRABBING. No region will fall for that bait.

Ranches are expensive but life cannot be valued. The earlier nigeria embraces ranching the chances of this country staying as one.

Tomorrow, some idiot will come and say the US are responsible for causing chaos in the country.

Ike Ekweremadu has sympathizers all over Nairaland. This is exactly why this country hardly moves an inch in development. WE condone stealing, so long as he is a member of my tribe. All the money spent on choice properties can tranform the youths of enugu but instead, we foolishly dance to the tribal tune.

Nigerian youths, you deserve the leaders you get.

Hmm... Let's all face the truth, most of this herdsmen ain't the real owners of this cows, they are just caretakers... The real owners are rich alhajis and individuals that have invested in cattle rearing and selling. Now what's worry some is why this 'Rich' peeps can't build ranches and rare their cows there. In other sane countries they have ranches and even have small milk factories in the ranch.
The same way the rich avoid paying the tax that should tally with their earnings while the ordinary pure water seller and bus driver are taxed to death. The rich hate to pay for grazing since they know it is cheaper to have illiterate herdmen rare them in a nomadic fashion irrespective of the nuisance they constitute.

Why loot money only to invest in an already prosperous nation when such money can generate much needed jobs for thousands of Nigerian youths.
Nigerian politicians are heartless and unrepentant.

Tomorrow they March out to profess their love for Nigeria. These guys are nothing but opportunists who have no iota of care for this country.

Eyes service governors are many in Nigeria because they find it difficult to make law that will put an end to this herdsmen issues for the sake or Favour of Mr president. Thanks to governor Fayose who didn't give a dam to the so called president
These governors dont want reduction in monthly allocation and security vote coming from abuja. Delta state is controlled by opposition party. I see no reason why the governor wouldn't summon courage to pass the anti grazing bill.

Evathyst:
Dear Nairalanders,

A very good morning to you all. Please I'd like your expert on an issue that is affecting my business. I have a big cosmetic shop which by God's grace fetch me money. But the problem is that my sales boy/girl steal heavily from me.

I have tried to checkmate them but all to no avail. Whenever I'm in the shop, I do checkmate them. But most times, I'm always out of the country doing business. Someone suggested getting a machine which can be used to issue receipt on any sales made but the problem is that I don't know it's functionality. Also, another friend suggested the use of CCTV to me.

Dear Nairalanders, kindly enlighten me on what to do as the issue is affecting my business. Thanks in anticipation.

From a friend.

Mods, kindly help give a wider coverage.

Development is a process, a step at a time. Past governments have neglected Lagos and the development in Lagos actually started during Bola Tinubu second term, the first term was used to pacify party faithfuls.

Ambode is doing a good job and if you are not biased you would see a big difference in the development of Lagos, the emergency service for example.

Development will get to you soonest and stop been paranoid and just pay your taxes and have trust in this administration.

Christianity Etc › Re: Lightning Strikes Rwandan Church And Kills 16 Members by persius555(m):
Lightning occurs when opposite charged particles that are traveling in mid-air constantly collide continuously. At a distance of about 50km above the earth surface, this natural phenomenom are regularly occurring (ask your pilots who fly regularly). When there is a constant change in the atmospheric condition as a result of heavy rain, cloudy or thunderstorm, these particles gain enough inertia to travel closer to earth crust at higher speed.

As we all know, lightning itself is electricity delivering far higher voltage than needed but occurring at intermittent interval. It finds the least path to resistance as it travels close to earth. This explains why kites flying far above the earth get torn to pieces when they fly too far.
To prevent lightning disasters, lightning arrestors made of highly conducting material offer a travel path for it into the earth crust that has been prepared to properly dissipate off.

Without a lightning arrestor system in place, highly conducting materials in around a building could store the resultant electrical energy resulting in domestic damage or accident. Most prone are region that are far above sea level.

NAF needs to intensify armed recon.
We underestimate the game changing nature of having superior and fast response firepower from the sky in modern day warfare. To even compound our fate, we would have to wait two years to have a decent air platform asset in place. Is this smart? How many boots could we have saved before these birds arrive.

And what is Saudi Arabia doing about the war in Syria? Obviously the rallying point in Islam cares less about the rest of the middle east. Instead, it is busy pounding its poverty stricken neighbour to hell (Yemen). Muslims all over the world should desist from encouraging fellow muslim extremists who claim ''Allahu-Akbar'' when fighting and waging an unholy war borne out of greed and not allah.

Not all wars are sanctioned by god.
