guys your woman is your friend first of all before being your lover/wife. If you can assure me that you raise your hands against your male pals (even those much bigger and stronger than you) when ever they annoy you then feel free to beat your wife,if not shut the Bleep up and behave yourselves. See una mouth like Hannington of BBA5 wey belle dey run am to attack woman come dey shamefully feel gangster ontop. |
experience has taught me this: 1) most ogas/bosses engage in this on an aristo levels; while most junior staff/young guys just do it to catch fun with all the IT and temporal staff babes. ditto for the chicks, just catching fun 2) a lot of female bankers are surprisingly pro-this; most especially operations staff. they believe since they spend all their life in the banking hall it presents the best possibility of catching and keeping a husband material. |

@steeviee : thunder scatter your nyash. did you read my words or did you just skeem through it. you should change your name to Adamu. my point is difficulty of Nigerians to keep to their words/contracts is also frustrating to landlords. a Nigerian will scam you 9 times out of 10 if given the chance. very few people will come to you to pay their rent when due if not prodded. some people here were talking about taking the case to court an dragging it for years without paying rent. my opinion was that it was someone sweat and grossly unfair to try to cheat him out of it. |

people running their mouth about landlords being wicked what about tenants? my dad is a retiree and his plot of land with 10 flats is all he really has now as his source of livelihood. yet tenants owing for months after 6 months advance notice to quit if no intention of paying new rate. it's dishonesty, selfish and wickedness. people should honour their contracts. The old man has to eat too and has commitments just like you. if you can't pay why not leave in peace and let him get a new tenant. The wickedness of tenants and the difficulties of court cases is why landlords insist on 2 year rents. not paying your rent should be equated to your company not paying you your salary, how then would you feel? |
da-whizkid (m)please which songs did 2face and ojb copy? constructive criticism please! if not kill it. |
you both didn't do wrong, i cant fault her for wanting to talk with "an ex" and it was matured that she still respected you by apologizing. it's also natural for you to feel jealous and excuse yourself. and very mature to take everything cool and get over the incident. This is what makes relationships work. when both parties respect each other and are humble and quick enough to sincerely apologize or adapt. and also don't see it as a game of having the last laugh or one over the other. |
ok guys lets do this. just roped in my over 100 strong church youth fellowship group. we've got money and time to burn, how do we vote? Sheila's the majority choice though ![]() |

BORDEAUX for being selfish [not wanting to share your experience about the test and interview conducted in the UK] and rude [the Then zoom off ma link bit] i doubt you'd get very few of the kind of responses you want. |
finally a reply after 145 views, yet no solution in view. i must say i'm disappointed in Nairaland webmasters. |
hoping my able Nairaland web-masters will have a solution to this. Total are currently recruiting at http://careers.total.com but right from day 2 the site most often then not doesn't open. some people have recorded success using proxies or at certain time of the day with firefox. while some others say they accessed it via opera mini. but for a majority of people it doesn't open across many platforms. personally many at times i have to open "naija-hot-jobs.com" via proxy. why all this? any explanations/solutions? |
pewekac on Today at 11:11:52 AM]having worked in a bank before i can tell it's most likely wrong posting by a teller. if they have their correct controls in place (call over etc) they should be able to detect in in 24hours and reverse the posting. if they don't and the money stays for say 2 weeks o boy then chop the money (especially if you have a gross to settle with them). by then it will be gross negligence and they won't really be able to threaten you. you can simply say you rightly though it was payment for a business transaction you did and all the staff involved will be seriously queried.bros it's evident you haven't worked in a bank before. the phrase "bankers do this all the time" is totally wrong. it's not easy to commit fraud there as a staff, there are checks and balances and to scale through you need a lot of cooperation (by form of password compromise, or negligence to duty by some colleagues). and "the sending of people to look for him" thing is highly unlikely. bankers are not mafias. I'm 99% sure it's a case of wrong posting. either the depositor or supposed beneficiary of funds raises a complain or the teller/call over officer/supervisor/control=compliance guy realises the mistake. if this is not done like say after 1 week feel free to chop the money. the only downside will be guilt or possible repayment later on. once they realise their mistake they can only beg you to repay not threaten. |

ok, i've edited em. enjoy. |
