Actually i was on site yesterday and all i can say is work has started.And knowing amaechi,that hospital will be completed.See the new dental hospital and the niger hospital.Bmh is as good as new.As for upth,its a federal hospital, the responsibility of your idiotic fed govt.Come and see the new health centers.Pls give the guy a break.
