UrekMazino: Is 16 thousand Canada dollars proof enough? Cause I am beginning to doubt this financial asessment Your financial situation and required figures depends on several factors Course duration Sponsorship status and availability Course fees Location If you have these details figured out, you can better assess your financial capability. |

Adetayoade1: Another question please don’t be offended If my dad is the sponsor for my sibling while my mum is my sponsor both with sufficient money but My mom doesn’t have any landed properties ,can I use my mum as my sponsor but still I’ll submit my dads landed properties as part of home ties ?
And does CIC know if two siblings are using the same sponsor or it’s handled by different VOs There have been similar cases on this tread , in which, an agent used same account for multiple applicants as sponsor. All the applicants was denied. Maybe your case is different, since they are parent to you too, however, if you can wait for each other to submit, I guess it would be cool, whichever way, make sure there is more than enough funds in the account. May your luck shine through |

Hello everyone, please I need your experience based input.
Is 4month statement of accounts acceptable from my sponsor? I read online through the cic page that 4months statement of account is what is needed, but people have been saying 6months.
Has anyone used anything less of 6months and got approved?

Blema111: My study leave sample was just three lines or less. It was something like this: please note that you have been granted study leave to pursue your post graduate studies. We wish you all the best in your journey of self improvement. That was all. Then it was on the company’s letter head and signed. No need for all those information. Hello Blemma111, I appreciate you for responding to my queries. Thank you very much. I would like to sincerely ask for your help, can you please share the sample with me. Even if it is a screenshot with any important details blank out. Please. I'm so worried about this leave letter and it's connection on job and eventually its impact on overall study application assessment based on what I have read online. I would appreciate if you can please share the one that has worked for you with me. I want to know if the letter is addressed to embassy or to me and if any details about position and date of employment or date or resumption is included. I sincerely hope you will be able to help me with this. And if anyone can be kind enough to send any leave letter sample with me, please do. Thanks. |

Hello everyone, please I have a question bothering me. I am applying for study permit and I am putting documents needed together.
Here is my question: I have been working as an intern with a company since Dec2018- salary was paid by hand. However, on November 2019 I got a full employment role with the same company (salary to bank). So I have been gainfully employed since November.
Now , I want to get document from the company for my study permit processing. I supposed I will get Reference letter Study leave
And I will add my employment letter and bank statements showing I am getting salary.
Here is my concern please, the study leave, will the company say that I will have my job upon completion of the program. I'm going for 2years master. Does it make sense that the company says I will have my job when I returned.
Please help me. And if anyone can help me with study leave sample and job reference sample , please help me.
I need help everyone please! |

vinz0499: Good morning house, I applied for study visa in Oct 2019 but was rejected on Basis of Home tie and Purpose of visit Details of my application includes Admission to Fanshawe to Study Agri- business management a Certificate course for 1 year I studied Agriculture Technology as first degree, I have a published research work in an international journal and several online courses and offline management courses which i included I am 29 years old, with i Job where I earn 210k Naira monthly. My sponsor is my Uncle who lives in the US, he presented Statement his account and title deeds to house in the US, his passport and sponsorship affidavit. I paid half of the school fees before visa application. I had 2M Naira savings Have 2 different landed property in my name which I attached to them. And they still denied, I am planning to reapply, guys please what approach do I use this time? The rejection said purpose of visit. You have a degree and you are going for a 1yr certificate course. Does that shows progression ? What's your degree CGPA? Are you not eligible for a master's course or something higher than certificate course? What's your job experience, does it shows progression with your intended course? |

nannanie10: Hello People.
How can one address this refusal reason
"I have reviewed the application. The applicant's plan of studies appears vague and poorly documented. According to the applicant's current or future employment prospects, I have accorded less weight to their employment ties to their country of residence. Weighing the factors in this application, I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application." Sorry for the refusal. Your refusal reason seems simple and yet complicated. Do you have a job? Do you have payment proof from your employer Do you attached all details of employment to your application. If you can provide background info about your current job prior to application, that can provide pointer to your future job prospects. If you can answer, that would be great. |

It's painful reading about the rejection these days. But guys, if you don't share your documents details, how will anybody knows how to advice? It is important that you share all the segments of your application, that way, the guru can suggest what to add...
It will end in praises |

vanessa969: Thank you very much for this reply, I didn't put my personal SOA or pay slip because i was working somewhere else and stopped in October, then I traveled and started work in my dads company in January that's why and honestly there's no money there. What i can do is to tell him to transfer some funds into my account and i would explain it in my letter. But i need to know like how much he should transfer and what the money will be for( My tuition for 2 years is $45,000 and i have paid $7,000) I also submitted the receipt for that.
Also for lack of funds, my dad has an account in Canada, there is no transaction happening but there is money inside, can i also submit that too please, would it help?
For the travel history, i will emphasis it well in my letter, before October 2019, the last time i traveled was in 2016. For the family ties will explain that well too, no the letter from the office didn't emphasize that well. Will work on that too. I don't have any property in my name but my dad has Dear Vanessa, I think you should do some serious homework on your family ties area.. Try to answer some of this questions Your parent, Siblings Do you have any of them in Canada or abroad? If yes, did you declare them at all? |

Alday: Hi Frank.
Almost in the same shoe.
I have a past refusal for a PGC Business Accountancy and have received my gcms note.
The previous reasons were 'Purpose of visit', 'Personal Assets and Financial Status', 'Vague Study plan'.
I have no travel history but that wasn't mentioned by the VO.
I now have an Masters Admission (MBA) for fall 2020 and will like to reapply next week.
1. My first degree qualifications (A 2:1 in Finance, 2016). 2. Employment docs. 3. My SOA and will add that of my sponsor. 4. Myself, siblings and parents birth certificates. 5. A new LOE and study plan. 6. Had an upfront Medicals for my previous app in April 2019. Don't know if it will still be valid for a new app.
Alongside the forms and acceptance letter.
I have an online folder containing all docs and forms submitted in the old app.
Really need your advice and guide. It will be to your advantage if you list out the document you submitted in the refused app. That way, gurus will be able to direct you on what to add this time. And by the way, what do you mean by , STUDY PLAN? |

JustMellow: Hello Phatkayconcept,
Your siblings are not instrumental to your study application rather your parents, in the case of home ties. Hence you can fill the IMM 5707e form and just include the birthday certificate of your siblings if you want to. However, if you are still bent on including the details of your siblings, then search and download IMM 5645e form from IRCC website.
All the best Thank you very much bro, I appreciate you |

Canhopeful: Hi JustMellow,
I'm sorry for the incomplete information. Yes, the letter of introduction is for visa application. I gained admission with full funding into an MSc program at the University of British Columbia.
I am a university lecturer and would like to use the letter of introduction as proof of current employment status stating my job roles and salary/annum. But I do not want my HoD to know my plans until I secure a visa.
I will be due for a study leave in June this year but cannot wait till then. Dear Canhopeful, I sincerely hope you will reply my message, please. I applied to UBC too and I haven't heard from them since November. May I know your department and how you are able to get the funding opportunity. Thank you and I hope you get an experienced based response to your query. |

Qudkom: Documents you need from your employer; 1. Employment letter 2. Letter of introduction 3. Pay slips 4. Promotion letters* 5. Leave approval letter 6. ID card 7. Precious employment letter if you have etc...
P.s: most don't submit all and still get approved. Thank you so very much sir. I appreciate your contribution. My question hasn't been fully answered sir, Is it compulsory that my employer should mention that I will have my job after studies. I have only been with the company for about two years. Please help me answer this question everyone, Is just a leave letter or leave approval sufficient? Or the letter must mention that I will have a job after I am done studying. Thank you everyone |

Hello everyone, please I want to ask a question from the open as I am currently in the process of putting my apps together.
I have been employed for about two years, since the completion of my nysc. Now, I'm gathering documents together for my Visa application.
Please, I want to enquire, do I need to get STUDY LEAVE from my employer. I want to ask about the necessity of having a study leave from my employer.
Do I need my employer to write that they will give me job after my studies, bearing in mind that I have about 2years work experience with the company.
I want everyone that has related experience or have similar work experience, who have been successful with their visa to please contribute.
Do I need STUDY LEAVE Do I need the STUDY LEAVE to say that I will have a job on return?
What do I need from my employer, specifically, please! |

Documents submitted Dad's bank statement as sponsor 15m Dad's land survey Personal bank statement 5m Admission letter School fees part payment paid 2kCAD transcript Professional training certificates Waec result Birth cert
I'm planning on reapplying soon but need help. Thanks I'm not a pro or guru but I think you didn't justify your sponsors source of income. Is your sponsor a business person, add CAC document and tax stuff. Is your sponsor working, add employment letters and work ID and any other details. Also, your own source of getting 5m |
