Passport Submission Information after Study Permit Approval.

For Lagos Office:

Walk into any DHL or UPS store, you can google & check for the one's near you.

This is the Address you will mail your documents to:

Canada Visa Application Centre
Ground Floor, The Manor
Plot 110, Admiral Ayinla Way, Lekki Phase 1
Lagos
Nigeria

Documents to go with to the DHL Office:

- Two photocopies of your international passport data page
- Your International Passport itself
- Passport request letter
- Biometric confirmation slip (the document you were given after u did your Biometrics)
-Two copies of signed VFS consent forms

The VFS consent form is available at https://www./vfsconsentform

Put everything in a Big Brown Envelope,

Write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO. & Email Address on the Envelope boldly

When you go to DHL, also indicate that you want a two way courier service. Then provide them the address you want your passport sent to when ready.

For Abuja Office:

Put all the documents below in an envelope and send to:

Visa Application Centre
Sterling Bank Plaza, 3rd Floor
Plot No 1083, Mohammadu Buhari Way,Central Business District
Abuja
Nigeria

Documents:
-2 duly signed consent forms.
-2 copies of passport data page
-Passport Request Letter
-Yellow biometric slip
-Receipt of payment of transmission fee N9,410 (you will pay this fee if you didn't capture biometrics at Abuja VFS)
-A paper with your contact details: name, phone number, email address, home address.

Make we no lie, this SOWP application no easy.
PPR just dropped now. I sent a webform to London, Lagos, and Nairobi.
I also sent email to all their accounts.

After about 2hrs, Nairobi replied that they have sent a correspondence and it was a PPR.

Abeg, who knows the estimated return time to get passport back from Lagos and what is the steps please?

I am a PR. I was sending mail everyday this week to request for urgent processing because I need my mum to be available as soon as possible.

Eventually got SOWP PPR !!!!!!!!...

2 visitors visa refusal via the new portal
1st was submitted on 22nd November and refused on 30th February
Reasons:
-purpose of visit
-family ties
-travel record
2nd was on 5th January and refused on 20th February

SOWP submitted on 22nd February 2022,
-Travelled to Dubai on 4th of April 2022 for vacation (my wife came from Canada to meet me there in Dubai) and I returned to Nigeria on 22nd of April and on 1st of May I sent my new travel record via email to kenya, London and lagos IRCC offices with pictures with my wife.I also submitted it as webform. approval was received today, May 5th- 72days!!!. Pure miracle


I should add that I requested for reconsideration of the visitor's visa that was refused in December, and I did not hear from them until today, they sent a second rejection for the visit visa(that is making three visit visa rejections) followed immediately by an approval for the open work permit

People of God please is 1m considered as a lump sum and please what is the dollar rate Canadian visa office use to calculate amount so I can know precisely the amount in the account I will be writing in CAD…please any response

1m can be a lump sum depending on flow of money in your account. If your history of credit and debit is 10k, 2k, 20k, then 1m is a lump sum. But if your transaction history is filled with 300k,670k, 800k, then 1m is not a lump sum.

Juat type naira to cad on Google and use a live currency exchange. Then you can Refrence the conversion with date in your sop

I intend to use my wife credit card as my application for a USD card is delaying more than normal with my bank. Someone is advising me not to use a card with a name different from mine. I will appreciate some thoughts on this.

You can use any card. Your partner, third party, or whatever, it has no impact on your app

How often have you visted ikoyi passport office? were you given a slip that shows collection date and other data on it? If so just be marching there everyday, im sure it should be ready by now since feb18 you captured. also if you were given a slip what date does it says for collection?

I was only given enrollment number and i have been going there since last week. If anyone have any link in this ikoyi passport office, please help

You can mail the airline, tell them your route (departure, transit and destination country) and ask them if you require a test. Find an email sample and their email addresses below.
