Designsking:He was paying them 'tax' for them not to kill, rape or maim in Kaduna! At least that's what he wants us to believe. |
globemoney:Anyway, Nigeria is world's poverty capital! India has over 1 billion people. If 103 million live below the poverty line it means about 9 or 10 percent of their population lives below the poverty line. If Nigeria with 200 million people have 90 million people living below the poverty line it means 45 percent of Nigeria's population lives below the poverty line. What this means is that out of 100 Indians about 9 to 10 percent are extremely poor and in Nigeria out of 100 Nigerians 45 are poor. |
Nnamdi Kanu needs to change his tone on Facebook, Twitter, etc. Those are not places his style of talking will be tolerated. |
Chipink:Yes, I don't |
Chipink:I dey shake my head....money was not her problem jor! Money was never the reason we separated. Apart from the cultural issues I became born again and that lifestyle was not tenable. |
Chipink:You are confusing two things! 1. A girl willingly gets pregnant hoping a guy sticks to her 2. A guy insists on a girl get pregnant before he marries her only to abandon her. I am not disputing the fact Yoruba people are neck deep into this baby mama thing. |
Season film don start! ![]() |
Alhaji just dey fall him hands anyhow. The only Billionaire in the world that his sidekick will ever get ejected from an apartment, (probably a room and a living room with one rest room and one kitchen... chikena! Our Calculations shows She pays $2200 per month! Champagne change for Alhaji o! Not even a mansion o. Haba! Alhaji clear dis matter once and fall all biko, this girl spent almost the best 10 years of her youthful life with you biko, not a one night stand!! Give her her dividends of Democracy AD. Don't join the stingy rubbish association abeg. No mind Alhaji jor. Orisirisi Alhaji...
Even if no be anything at least 250k apartment for her no too much. Maybe, just maybe that is why he is a billionaire. No careless spending! |
Chipink:Minus play, remain small I for marry Anambra girl. I think the cultural difference was too strong. I had to separate. |
Chipink:Your brothers are probably born again. In other parts of Nigeria people don't deliberately try to impregnate a girl before wedding. Amongst the Igbos it happens a lot. My grouse is with men who use this format to get innocent girls pregnant. If a girl understands what being a single mother is and settles for that I am fine with it. Men shouldn't be making promises of marriage in a bid to make a girl a single mother, that's my point. I don't want those girls whose entire universe is centred on money. Money for me is not everything, it is just a means to an end. |
Chipink: ![]() Nne, people like me na dem dey rush us! From Ada Owerri to Nne Nnewi and all the omalicha dem, we are not in a hurry. We want things that last, not things that crash. |
Chipink: ![]() If I lose my girlfriend to somebody else I will do thanksgiving because she doesn't know what she missed. The money some of these guys flaunt is that money? People like me don't believe in flaunting because that would lead to the wrong choice of partner. |
Never4getU:His charity works have reached many parts of West Africa! Flood relief in Bayelsa and Benue. He doesn't see colour or ethnicity. Many of these projects are not being carried out in Ijawland despite the fact Pastor Ibiyeomie happens to be Ijaw. I think they have certain conditions that help them decide on what project should be supported. |
obailala:He has been doing these things long ago! Mostly payment of school fees and giving people start up capital. Apostle Chinyere's populist approach will never be adopted by pastor David Ibiyeomie or Salvation ministries. The goal is impact, long lasting impact. |
The great thing about Pastor David Ibiyeomie is that he funds many of these projects from his personal purse. In Salvation ministries there is a clear distinction between what he [David Ibiyeomie] gives and what the church [Salvation ministries] gives. Some people their organisations give a lot but they don't give anything as individuals. |
salt1: ![]() Okay ohh! |
salt1:Are you Ebiere? |
Sirjamo:No, Atiku didn't lose. The election was rigged. |
Any update on this road? What stretch of the road is still bad? |
Lekan1o1:I don't have a personal axe to grind with the Igbo. At least women in my family were wise enough, they never fell for such antics(I hope it continues that way). Cohabitation and all of that is increasing. That is not in doubt, what is was pointing out was the Igbo bridal pregnancy culture. It could lead to unintended consequences. Ladies with no intentions for premarital birth may end up being mothers without being married. That's my point. |
Duru9:There are lots of alternatives to semo, alternatives with less calories. Just search YouTube for fufu alternatives. |
Chipink:It won't happen! It is people who don't know Igbo people who fall for that. Me I know them in and out. For Yoruba men it is expected you will share them with others or be a baby mama. People just hope for the best when they get involved with them. That's not the case with Igbo men, in many cases they even go as far as incorporating their mother or sisters in the deception. Anybody wey sabi Yoruba or Igbo men go really take the person time check for wetin the person wan enter! People often call the Yoruba man a demon but the irony is that in many instances the Igbo guy is worse than the Yoruba guy. Maybe he doesn't flaunt his exploits like the Yoruba guy does. |
Lekan1o1:This is beyond what male celebrities are known for. Many Igbo males insist on people getting pregnant before marriage. In some instances, people who would never fall for being a baby mama would end up as one due to the insincerity of the male. What breeds more division is when you don't educate people on the pitfalls or cultures of others. Tomorrow people will either avoid Igbo males or insist on marriage before pregnancy if the try to convince them on getting pregnant. If you don't believe what I said make your observations. Most Igbo marriages only happen after they girl is pregnant. As for unity, let's forget that, Nigeria will never be united. We should just work towards tolerance, mutual respect and a deeper understanding of people's culture. I am neither Yoruba or Igbo, in case that information is important for you! |
sageb:**smiles** |
Chipink:It won't happen! Those around me are too wise to fall for that scam. I don't encourage this baby mama culture. My grouse with the Igbo guys is that some of them tell you there is no way they can get married to you without you being pregnant. For the Yoruba guys, most times they just have babies. The women clearly understand what they are getting into. It is the deception by most Igbo men that pisses me off. |
King Tonto Dike's ex queen! ![]() |
salt1:There was NEVER a contest, the fact she was not Igbo ruled her out. There was no way the brand ambassador of Igbo culture would settle with an Ijaw girl. Na only she dey d relationship alone from day 1 |
onuman:I am the true definition of a Rivers person. Nobody can be more Rivers than me. Like I said, we want none of you. The Igbo are not the same with us. We are not interested in any of the Wazobia people. None of you have benefited Ijaw or Ogoni people. |
No, people are not lesbians. People choose to be lesbians. I wonder why people have sexualised everything in the world. Sometimes we tend to forget every human male or female is both and there is nothing wrong with exhibiting traits people mostly associate with the other sex. It doesn't make you gay. |
If an Igbo man tells you in his culture you have to get pregnant before marriage just run! He won't marry you after the children. After childbirth he would tell you his family insists on an Igbo bride. I don't blame them sha, I blame those falling for their fairy tales. |
onuman:Despite being liquid. Can oil and water mix together? The Igbo man is just a different as the Hausa, Yoruba, Kanuri or Fulani is to me. All of you are either my "brothers" or all of you are not my "brothers". None of you is special, none of you have done better than the other. |
