Clergyman Apostle Johnson Suleman has spoken about the 'disunity' amongst the Igbos.




According to him, Igbos never support their own and would publicly disown one another. Making reference to the struggle of Biafra, Suleman said if the nation is created, it will still be an Igbo man that will destroy it as they do not support themselves.




He also made reference to the emergence of an Igbo Senate President Evan Enwerem whom he said was removed by another Igbo man, Chuba Okadigbo who was also replaced by Anyim Pius Anyim.




Suleman opined that the problem of the Igbos are the Igbos. 

''Somebody from the South, somebody from the East. You betray your people. Look at this agitation for Biafra. Who are the people attacking Biafra most, Igbos. Shameless Igbos.

Am I in support of Nigeria dividing, No!. Am I in support of Nigeria seperating, No. Do I believe we should be together? Yes. But even if you don't agree with the man who is your brother, should you say it publicly if you are not a fool? Can't you say it amongst your people? 

If today they get that Biafra, it is an Igbo man that will scatter it. That is the truth. 

During the time of the Senate. When an Igbo man became a senator, it was an Igbo man that removed him. You remember the Enwerem, Chuba Okadigbo, Pius Anyim...remember all of them? It was Igbo that was removing Igbos. That was the first and shortest Senate Presidency we have had in this country. 

An Igbo man employs an Igbo boy to sell in his shop, he will wreck him. he will carry all the man's money, he will buy land. He wouldn't wait to be settled.

The problem of Igbo is Igbo. I repeat it, if you sell your brother, even the buyers will not trust you.''

The mother of a 10-year-old Chrisland school VGC pupil who was filmed having sex with her classmates in Dubai and the video released online has come out to speak and seek justice.




In a video shared online by Ubi Franklin, the distraught mother said about a month ago, she received a call from one Mrs. Azike, the headteacher at Chrisland school VGC, who told her she needed to see her. She said she was already on her way out of Lagos when she received the call and that two days later, she visited her daughter's school where she met with Mrs. Azike and two other officials. She said Mrs. Azike told her that her daughter who was left in their care was caught kissing another boy and that it was discovered that they got the kissing game from ''Truth and Dare''.




The distraught mum said Mrs. Azike told her that what they wanted her to do was to retrieve the phone she gave to her daughter from her so that she wouldn't keep practicing kissing. She said one of the school officials, Mrs. Kemi, who was also in the meeting, appealed to her not to tell her husband about the kissing incident as it is not everything women should tell their husbands.




''I said no problem. As long as this is just kissing, I will caution my daughter. So I left them. I didn't hear anything from them again. The girl was going to school. I thought everything was fine. Not until after two to three weeks that we had the conversation, Mrs Azike, the head teacher sent me a link that she wanted us to have a zoom meeting by 5pm. I said I was going to join them.'' she said




She said she had a meeting with some persons including the board of directors of the school where one of them started talking to her about forgiveness.

''We had the meeting. There were many people, boards of directors. I was even the one asking them what is your name? Can you introduce yourself? One particularly said that his name is Akin. The Akin was the person leading the meeting. He began by saying if there is no sin there cannot be forgiveness. He was speaking in parables.

At a time I had to scream 'what are you people talking? what are you people discussing?' He now said they just wanted to do a follow up to ensure that I have withdrawn Juliann's phone and to check on how Juliann is doing. I said Juliann is fine but he now made a comment. He said ''when it happened". I said 'Sir what happened? He said Juliann did not tell you? I said no Juliann did not tell me anything.

I was screaming at them ''Tell me what? Juliann did anything happen? Juliann said no''. I said Okay as it is now I don't even know what you people are talking about but if it extends more than this that my husband would definitely know about it. The way you people are calling me I am not comfortable with it. At the end, we finished the meeting and we left. They didn't tell me anything. I went on my own'' she said




Juliann's mum said she received a call from another parent of a pupil in the school who informed her of what had happened to her daughter.

''The day after, a parent called me after we had that zoom meeting..the next day that she needed to see, that it is very very urgent. So I had to go her house. When I got to her house, she said something has been trending in Chrisland which I am not even aware, that she has told them that she doesn't think that I am aware of this incident.

The woman now called me and said look at this video. See what is trending in Chrisland. All the parents are aware.

So immediately I informed my husband. We began to call Mrs Azike. She refused to pick her call. I called her more than 20 times she didn't respond to the call but later I think she spoke with my husband and told him that she doesn't know anything if such a thing existed. That was how I began to beat my daughter that why would this happen? What is going on?

As we were beating her, the girl now said Mummy please can I talk to you? She said Chrisland, Mrs Azike threatened her not to speak out. She narrated how it happened. How they abandoned them in a hotel, how the school left them and how she got into this thing that is happening now.''




The distraught mum said the school authorities had all the while been sending delegates from their headquarters to have meetings with her 10-year-old daughter without her daughter.

''They have been coming to have meetings, sending delegates from their headquarters to have meetings with my daughter without my consent.  I was not aware. We were not informed. Please I am begging Nigerians to help me. Help me because Chrisland was trying to hide this issue. They were trying to push us out of the way and my daughter was going psychologically in sin. I am begging fellow Nigerians to help me.''she said




Speaking further, she said

 ''As a mother and the part that Chrisland played to cover up this rape issue...On the day of mother's day, I was in the school. We were all there, not knowing that they had other delegates that came to interrogate my daughter. As soon as we finsihed that mothers day, I left and they took my daughter elsewehere to go and interrogate her without my consent.

Secondly they have been threatening my daughter that if she speaks out they are going to kill her, that it is a man's world. That she should keep quiet and shouldn't disclose it to me and my daughter was dying in silence I didn't know. Everyday when she is going to school I will be forcing her, I will be telling her come out, come outside. This child will not want to go to school.

Even her class teacher, Mr Timothy was calling her ''stupid girl, useless girl'' in the midst of other children.

Please help me. They took this girl to go and do pregnancy test without me or the father knowing and lied to us that they were taking her for COVID test. They took her almost three times for COVID test. Please is it possible? Do they use blood sample for COVID test? Do they use urine for COVID test? I did not know not until when this thing came up.

To crown it all, because we have started confronting them and started telling them we are aware of what happened, they now sent her a suspension letter''




She said when she asked her daughter how she was allegedly raped, she said

''My daughter said that  they went out in the morning to have breakfast and one of the boys, Kachi, begged her that she should borrow him her phone charger. So she gave Kachi the charger. Then later in the evening after they had dinner, the Kachi now called her room that she should come and pick up her charger.

So she went to the place to get the charger. When she got there they opened the door and one of them asked her to take her charger from the toilet. It was when she entered the toilet they now hijacked her and told her to drink a substance. So they were all under the influence of drugs and after that she did not know what she was doing again. That was what she narrated to me and they told her to be climbing them and somebody stood and was videoing them and was posting it out''

Families of kidnapped victims of the Kaduna train attack held a press conference today April 14, where they appealed to the Federal government to help rescue their kidnapped loved ones.




The train was attacked on March 28, by the terrorists. Eight of the passengers lost their lives in the attack. Over 100 passengers on board the train are yet to be accounted for.





At the press briefing held at the headquarters of the National Human Rights Commission NHRC, the distraught family members wept profusely as they begged the Federal government to help save their loved ones.

Following the death of gospel artiste, Osinachi Nwachukwu, Catholic priest, Reverend Father Chinenye Oluoma, has advised women who are in abusive marriages to leave now. 




Speaking to his congregation recently, Fr Oluoma said although the Catholic church doesn't believe in divorce, it believes in separation from bed and board and also nullification of a marriage. 




''If your husband is beating you, he will kill you one day. He will kill  you one day. Police may arrest him, after a while they leave him. He may even leave long and remarry and if he remarries, another wicked woman, the children you suffered for, will be maltreating the children. Runaway. There is nothing pious, nothing spiritual about staying in a marrriage and you are dying gradually.

If he doesn't kill you instantly, he will damage your vital organs and you will die at the age of 60 or fifty something. They will think it is sickness that killed you. Run away I have told you.

This is the Catholic church. We don't believe in divorce but there is something called separation from bed and board and there is something called nullification''




He didn't expatiate on the ''separation from bed and board'' and how marriages are nullified in the Catholic church.

Ife Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, has promised to sponsor an 18-year-old catering staff through school.




She met the 18-year-old backstage, catering for an event she attended and Cuppy approached her to start a conversation.





The girl revealed that she is 18 and not in school because she lost her dad. As a result, she started working as a catering staff.




Cuppy promised the girl that she will sponsor her through school and provide all the resources she needs.

Nigerian clergyman, Victor Ativie, has recounted how late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu's husband, Peter Nwachukwu, allegedly hid the money paid to her after she came to minister in his church.




Speaking in his church over the weekend, Pastor Ativie said

Popular gospel singer, Sister Osinachi Nwachukwu, has died after battling an undisclosed ailment.




The Ekwueme singer who has been on life support for the past two months died in an Abuja-based hospital on Friday April 8.





Sister Sinach who is known for her angelic voice is popular for the track, Ekwueme.




She was 42 years old. She is survived by her husband and four children.

Former militant leader, Asari Dokubo, has rubbished the presidential aspiration of Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state.




Speaking on Arise TV, Asari said it is laughable that Governor Wike wants to be the President of Nigeria and asked if Wike looks like a President.

Sheikh Nuhu Khalid has reacted after he was suspended and then sacked as the Chief Imam of the Apo Legislative Quarters Mosque because of the sermon he delivered, criticising Nigerian leaders over insecurity in the country.




On Friday, April 1, Sheikh Khalid spoke about the government's failure to handle insecurity in the country.





He also criticised President Muhammadu Buhari for failing to visit Kaduna after the train attack and added that Buhari condemning the attack wasn’t enough.




He argued that the President was in Kaduna for campaign but refused to visit the state after the bomb attack.




He then suggested that Nigerians should not vote if the authorities fail to protect their lives.




He had said while preaching on Friday, April 1: "Nigerian masses should resort to only one term which is – protect our lives, we will come out to vote; let us be killed, we will not come out to vote, since it’s only elections that you people know."





Following his sack, Sheikh Khalid said that what he said about Nigerian leaders "was never wrong".




He added, "If it's a sin to ask for secured Nigeria, I'm ready to go to hell."

The Nigeria Police Force has arrested an officer attached to the Meiran division in Lagos state, ASP Eyitere Joseph, for extorting N50, 000 from a serving corps member in the state.




A video of the officer was asking the corps member for money was shared online. The acting spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, who spotted the video, gave an update saying the erring officer has now been arrested and is being investigated and queried. He stated that the DPO of Meiran division has also been warned that she will be dealt with if such an incident occurs again.

Justin Dean, the estranged husband of popular Nigerian dancer, Korra Obidi, has released another video to talk about Korra.




In the latest video he posted, which lasted for about an hour, Justin Dean revealed he's suing Korra and her friends for defamation.





He said that the video where he was seen calling Korra a "wh*re" and "sl*t" in front of their kids was a "set up" and he is suing Korra and her friends for putting it out in the public.




He said the video, where he was calling Korra derogatory names, was recorded and released without his consent.





He said: "Yes, I was set up in that recording, they did that on purpose, they did that to set me up and they are being sued for defamation of character. In the state of California, it is illegal to film someone and put them online in a derogatory way.




"So I will probably make half a million dollars or so after this lawsuit and they will probably not be able to pay it."




He also said that social media led to the decline of his marriage.

A trending video shows a pastor wiping makeup from the face of a bride and her bridesmaid.




In the video shared online, the groom and the bride are seen standing at the altar for their wedding vows when the pastor begins condemning the bride for wearing makeup.

Wisdom Macauley, one of Annie Macauley Idibia's elder brothers, has taken to Instagram to call his famous sister out.




Wisdom, who is married, said he works for Annie but she never pays him, instead, she only gives him paltry sums like "20K, 30K" and turned him into her "slave".




He added that when she's angry, she stops giving him anything at all.




He said Tuface recently sent him some money after years of begging but the money wasn't enough to meet his family's needs.




In a video shared via his Instagram account, he apologised to Imo State indigenes for not paying his wife's bride price and blamed his inability to pay on Annie not giving him money.




He also accused Annie of being a drug addict.




He said: "Annie introduced me to drugs, hard drugs. Annie is a drug addict. She takes it every day. She's so violent.




"And it is the same way, she doesn't have peace with anybody. She quarrels everybody. She fights everybody."




He also accused Annie of not granting his wishes whenever he begs her for things.




He said: "She wouldn't give me a car. I've been begging my sister for a car for many years to do Uber, for many years now, so that I can at least, on my own, provide for my family, provide for my wife and my three children. My sister has never responded to me."




He also accused Annie of using him.




He said: "She offered me to be her manager but at the end of the day, she turned me to be her errand boy, to a slave.




"Annie is evil, like, she doesn't want me to be able to stand on my own."




He continued: "Every slight opportunity  she will call my wife and insult my wife. She insults everybody. She's violent. Every night she's on drug, every day she's on drug."




He added that since Annie wouldn't buy him a car, he begged her for the smallest car in her compound so he can use for Uber but she refused.




He said he took the car on Wednesday morning, March 30, while leaving Annie's house and she sent her driver together with some knife-wielding men to come after him. He eventually left the car on the road and ran away.




He said his "life is at risk" and claimed that Annie has been sending threats to him.




He said: "I want Nigerians to know today that if anything happens to me or any member of my family, it is not far from Annie. I need help. I cannot continue like this, I'm scared. I don't know what I'm going to do next. She's on drugs.




"She's so violent. Annie is so violent. Annie is so ill-tempered... Even her mother cannot talk to her."




This comes just months after her elder brother, Uduak Macauley, disowned her.

A Nigerian girl identified as Jenny has been rewarded with $1,500 after she agreed to talk to a random man who approached her because he was having a ''bad day''.




So the man who happened to be a content creator had gone to JJenny's table in what looked like an eatery and asked if he can talk to her as he was having a ''bad day''.




Jenny immediately accepted to talk him out of his bad day. He later asked her where she was from and when last she had seen her family and if she would love to go see them again.

The singer made this known during an interview.

He said Mr Macaroni was the one who told him this and promised to always be there for him because of his mother's kindness.
