Everyone is afraid of calling out Fulani herdsmen, now we have to blame it on Mali and other countries.
Did Punch interview them to know they are not Nigerians? Even if they are not, how come foreigners enter our country and hold us all to ransom? |

IamPatriotic: You're probably one of the disrespectful and annoying teenagers on nairaland, let me educate you a bit, the time spent by the 5 of them was equal to time spent by David mark alone. The post went round the 5 states because they lacked coordinators who could have ensure harmony and oneness among them. Don't twist history, that was the era of Obj and Atiku fight over control of National Assembly, they sponsored impeachments for control. |

Even if they did why throw away the baby with the birth water. This is the kind of braggadocio that NCC manifested against MTN and chased away investors.
NBC go and close Kaakaki as a program and not the entire TV and Radio stations with jobs and contracts lost. |

You flatheadss are pathetic wimps Yes but not by mocking every other tribe, religion or whatever divide in Nigeria. Everyone should be free to aspire to whatever position without being blocked, mocked or attacked. Now that's the difference because you feel you are more Nigerian than us. You are free to court the north but don't feel threatened by my every move to aspire or compete for any position. |

All these people asking what happened to Biafra forget that IPOB constitute less than 1% of Igbo population. If you become myopic and marginalise the other 99% because of the legitimate demand of 1% then you maybe in for a shocker.
If every Igbo man become sympathetic to IPOB call do you think Nigeria of today can stand it, Nigeria either move forward in justice and equity or remain redundant. |

Politics › Re: South-East Leaders, PSC Support Nwajiuba For Speaker by PHIPEX(m): 2:36pm On May 31, 2019 |
OkpaNsukkaisBae: You're wrong!
Federal character has to do with **Appointments** not an elective position. If you're talking about Federal Commissioners and other government parastatals then you're on the right track.
But trying to use the principle of equity, federal and fairness in an elective post is pure disenfranchisement.
Personally for me, I dislike federal character principle. I did rather go qualified hands, people who will do the job, Meritocracy should be considered before any other thing. Whether appointed or elected it's all about politics and you said there is no fairness in politics. Why do we insist on rotation of presidency between North and south and between the major religions, isn't it for fairness in politics? |
Politics › Re: South-East Leaders, PSC Support Nwajiuba For Speaker by PHIPEX(m): 1:48pm On May 31, 2019 |
OkpaNsukkaisBae: There's nothing like fairness in politics. So far you're being guided by the law. Nobody should disenfranchise you just because they want to be **Fair**.
No be Osho,, Tinubu or Buhari go vote! Na members of d Green Chamber. Last time d other contestant was in Anambra to campaign. After Imo State, Anambra has the highest number of local government in South East. He's targeting Anambra federal legislators (Lower House)
The Nwajiuba of a guy can also take his campaign train to Kano or Sokoto. Daz how to play politics,, not seating on your balcony dishing out quality cheque book to pressure groups to present your manifesto on your behalf.
Who does that? The time has gone when political leaders are permitted to speak with both sides of their mouth and expect to be unchallenged. You either altogether remove fairness and equity from the national political lexicon or stop pretending it exist when it favours a section of the country. While at it remember to remove federal character and every other hypocritical policies that affect admission tailored to carry the weak North along, after all, there is no fairness in politics. |
Politics › Re: South-East Leaders, PSC Support Nwajiuba For Speaker by PHIPEX(m): 12:58pm On May 31, 2019 |
OkpaNsukkaisBae: Power is not given,, go out there take it. That's why you're a politician. Go out there and slog it out with other contestants.. Stop playing the victim/tribal card. Yes but fair competition is the key word, you don't mention competition and still insist on party supremacy. How will your son compete in a class where the principal insists his own son must win? |
Politics › Re: South-East Leaders, PSC Support Nwajiuba For Speaker by PHIPEX(m): 12:29pm On May 31, 2019 |
VISTIN: The politics is supposed to be between the South and The North, but some people want it to be between the North and the South West.
In the North, it's about sharing things among North West, North East and North Central.
In the South, it has to be only the South West. So, let's see how it goes.
If the South cannot come together, with the South West ready to make sacrifices, everything will eventually go to the North.
The language will now be, "if you no eat, scatter it" This is the best rational explanation. Greed has always been the Achilles of most men, time will tell. This politics of grabbing all will only be for a short term and the table will turn again. |
