Finally, we are beginning to get a true account of events as they transpired and the following has been compiled as the true and accurate account of the Black Friday

We are reliably informed by eye witnesses that a group of Sons intending to unseat the Don went to his residence under the guise that they wanted to bring in some members and that the wanted him to preside over the occasion.

The Don, who was made don 2 weeks ago got suspicious of their intentions and did not sleep at home but stayed a a friend's place.

On arrival at his premises, someone at the house informed the boys that the Don was not there but that he could be summoned, that the ys should wait outside while they went to get the Don.

The boys went to wait outside and stood on the street corner. It was at that point the villagers pounced on them and detained them because the were strangers in a community with a recent history of armed robberies.

We can positively confirm that the boys were not armed with guns as has been widely alleged, they had a few small knives which they threw into the bushes as soon as the vigilantes arrived. They were totally unarmed when they were accosted and they did not put a fight. They were defenceless, vulnerable and completely at the mercy of the baying mob.

They duly identified themselves as students of Uniport and it is further alleged that following exhaustive beating one of the boys mentioned what they were there to do and that an friend who was a member of the community could vouch for them...... To be continued!!

Ignatio: Justice was not served. Those boys were just unfortunate. They were not armed robbers but Maphites that went to mutiny their don. I blame them for letting greed control them.

Gov. Amaechi just issued an order to arrest all those involved in the killings and charge them for murder!!!!

I just got the full details of what happened but I wouldn't let it all out till full arrest and execution of those bloody villagers has been carried out!!
