Lol.. Stopped for the loyalist of the prominent kidnapper. They would have lynched those policemen even before they said a word...
They should have used tape to cover the kidnapper mouth and possibly hood to cover his head.

See as Nigerian Army yansh don open.... The thing com red yoyoyo
Its possible the soldiers did not know that the kidnap kingpin was a kidnapper they acted based on instruction of a superior officer I.e the Colonel. And it's possible also that the Colonel did not know his friend is into kidnapping.

Halo22:
Listen my friend, if they had put some measures on ground like involving the police within the jurisdiction, they would have been protected. You can just arrest a kidnapper and move on with him when he must have his gangs. We are talking about a kidnapper here, someone that must be strategizing before embarking on any venture. So I am not trying to hold a brief for the soldiers, but Nigerian police should put some professional measures before embarking on operation as this cannot happen in western countries.
Leaking info to Army would have made the colonel who is the kidap kingpin friend know. Best bet would have been to call for heavy reinforcement after arresting the kidnap kingpin to escort them out of Ibbi town.

But while passing the coffee joint, (where Bala was picked) the suspected kidnapper forced his head out of the vehicle and shouted: “I have been kidnapped by these people.”

Lesson to police officers a high level suspect such as this they should have covered his mouth with tape and covered his head with hood and after the arrest they should have called for Heavily Armed reenforcement( before leaving ibbi town) escort in their front and back to follow them to Jalingo.

I have warned people about all these recharge and get paid business , its a matter of time before they start scamming people. They will just gain trust for sometime before cheating which is now happening. Any business that requires you to invest and its from your money they will give you just 20% to suffer and look for customers under a promise of getting a percentage is scam why not take your money and buy and sell recharge cards or have POS sef and transfer from your bank account to customers, and make profit from each transaction.

Crime / Re: First Bank Security Men Assault Customer Inside Banking Hall (Video) by phonemakemoney: 9:57pm On Aug 02, 2019
Okoyeeboz:

You can't close a bank by withdrawal of all your funds. You must go to the physical branch to do that.

If you only withdraw your funds, charges would keep accumulating on your account and the bank can sue you to recover the charges, legal costs and interest.

When you people sign documents without reading, you can't know.
You have forgotten that the account will go dormant and inactive.

He, instead, insisted on closing his account with the bank and withdrawing all his money before leaving. However, his stance didn’t go down well with the security men, who descended on him heavily and even hit him with a gun.

Closing account is not a big deal if the customer himself is not a troublesome person, what he should have done is use his ATM, Mobile Transfer of funds via bank code on registered phone number or mobile app transfer to another bank account or finally go to another branch that is customer friendly and kindly request withdrawal of your money or write a cheque to clear all you money.

...and therefore you think it is right to beat up a man trying to earn a Living (aka doing his JOB)?!

In as much as I don't support violence I also don't support injustice, if a NEPA official sees that his employer hardly gives electricity to the people they send him to collect money and disconnect their electricity he should think twice about the job or yell his employers the truth and resign honorably, or worse case scenario always seek police protection when going to do what will anger the residence due to the injustice.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Why Do Banks Recruit Regularly? by phonemakemoney: 4:45pm On Jul 26, 2019
Banking jobs are very insecure this days and they give ridiculous targets to their staff coupled with the risk of fraud or incomplete money, and finally contract staffing and underemployment in the banks makes people leave the job within a short period of working.

Crime / Re: Mob Nearly Burnt A Soldier In Lagos (Video) by phonemakemoney: 3:39pm On Jul 15, 2019
GISpro:
Lalasticlala come and see o.

To be factual, Nigerians have no regards for soldiers and I dislike it. Our military is our pride.

And these claims that soldier beat someone are usually one-sided stories.

Truth is too many Nigerians behave like zoo inmates. Unfortunately, soldiers have no chill for yeye behavior and that's why they get pissed off when people do stvpid acts to them.

Imagine a wheyrey onile man in Lagos sold the same land to five people. He tried it with a soldier and that one literally cooked his balls (as I heard). Who's to blame?

Soldiers don't look for trouble. It is civilians that should avoid crossing their lanes and learn to obey SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.

Soldiers are the easiest people to live with; dey your dey, they dey their dey. If you must cross their lane then be ready to follow simple and clear instructions.
The Military needs serious overhaul and psychological test and training on how to relate with civilians. Although there are some of them that are well behaved many others are not, there was a day that I wanted to stroll down my street not knowing that soldiers (recruit on training) will soon pass that route I saw a soldier carrying a gun and instead of him to just tell me that this place is off limits for now he user his finger to warn me and also showed me his gun. If it was a well trained soldier just simple instruction with his mouth would have served the purpose.

It is pathetic that people are guessing about making heaven. Explain this to me "Different Gods but the same Satan in all religions". All these concepts of Gods are not correct. Except Christianity, if you open your heart and search for the truth. You will indeed know that Jesus is God. It is after death that religious people will know this. What a sad situation !
If Jesus is God then who is God? and who did Jesus cried too when he Said Eloi Eloi Lamansabacteni My Lord My Lord why have thou forsaken me?

The commentator is a British man that grew up in Zimbabwe.

CAF has two English speaking commentators at this AFCON, Duane Dell Orca, who is South African and Steve Vickers who was born in Britain but grew up in Zimbabwe.

Steve Vickers has been the BBC's Zimbabwean football correspondent since 1993 and he also recently started commentating for Supersports.

Although he is British-Zimbabwean, it's clear that he has been supporting South Africa at this Afcon (he can't stop talking about them).
Or perhaps he just hates Nigerians.

They would have put a Nigerian commentator on Supersport 2 and a South African commentator on Supersport 4.

He is now calling our goal a lucky one.
Lucky or not as long as Nigeria qualifies for semi final will their statement matter again.

Its South Africa that owns super sport and the commentator is a South African.
