Brothers and sisters please help me thank the Lord for his Devine favour in my life, most of you read about my ugly incidents on the 30th of last month, when I was robbed of my passport and student visa and all my school certificates.l just arrived Germany today with my sister who is also my sponsor, my visa was isue on Friday ,and getting a new passport was a Devine connection,l spoke with about three immigration officers who told me nothing less than a hundred thousand naira for duration of four weeks, but imidiately my sister arrived she call some one in abuja who did it for 50 thousand and I got it in one week. Oh the embassy, God bless germans, the lady in charge of my file, was so kind and concern about my health after she read my email l sent to her . my school also never ceased senting me mail every now and then to know about my well being and that they are praying for me, the proffersor sent a very wonderful mail to the embassy that makes me to wonder why I deserve this favor, my amazing sister who never looked back spending her money on every move we make,l have not spend one naira since I started this journey till now,how can I ever pay back this woman who is more than a mother to me, God bless her with all the good things of life. Amen

Betty, I am elated about this your story. God bless you and your sister very much. Amen

Thanks Ubi planet. Do you know of any student I can talk to that's presently at EMU?
ubiplanet:

Sir, i wish to answer your questions.
1. The five million statement of account is false. Just have an account that money comes in and goes out weekly or monthly. I mean a busy account. 3million is even too much. Even tho you just have 100million and you haven't used the account it won't be accepted. EMU doesn't refund. You can only differ your admission to the next semester.

2. It's COMPULSORY yes it's a must. You can never get your visa without that.

3. I will advice not to use any agent as it is very easy once you follow the required steps. Some agents are theifs.

Hope it helps! Any other thing just ask I'm willing to answer.
Thanks Ubiplanet. I'm grateful. Do you know of students that are currently at EMU that I can talk with personally? I need to ask them certain questions.
Thanks.

Good day guys. My good people. Thanks for sharing useful information here. I have a few questions.
1. If you have paid your fees to EMU and the embassy rejects you on the grounds that you don't have the statement of account showing #5million, will you receive your money back from the school?
2. Is that bank statement a must for visa to be issued? Cos someone at Famagusta told me that its not really a requirement.
3. Who knows any sure agent that can deliver.
My brother already has been offered the admission to study PharmD at EMU for February but we want to be sure of all these questions above before we go ahead with payment. We don't want to pay n lose.
Thanks all.

What do you mean by EMU 2? I don't understand the word stuffy, but am presuming you meant study. If yes...You can only study Pharmacy as a program at EMU and undertake subject/courses in microbiology. Procedure to pay tuition fee is to have your full cash and walk to major/any bank in your country with your admission letter (it contains the university bank details) and show the bank officers...they know what to do when you tell them your mission. To apply for visa, you need to visit the embassy website to read the procedure stated there and gather all your documents and proceed to the embassy. I hope this helps? Wish you luck!
Hello, thanks a lot. How about this issue of 5 million naira statement of account. My brother got admission but the issue is that 5 million naira statement. Is it a must? How easy is it to get admission there?

U are PHUCADO for real......lolz. What's is the duration frm d time u apply for opening of d acct @ union bank to the time u received a confirmation msg frm DB dat ur acct has been credited? Tanx.
It should take u at most 3 days after you initiated the transfer process. You don't start the process until your account is opened. As for how long it took them to open account for me. Na just 5days
Travel / Re: German Embassy And Visa by phucado: 11:45pm On Sep 04, 2014
Thanks everyone o. Thanks to the dude that talked of confirmation sent to spam mail. I checked my spam mail imediatel and saw my confirmation there.
This is how I did my transfer.
I opened a savings account with union bank. Credited the account with about 1.835 M
Went to the bank and told them about the transfer I wanted to do . The friend in charge gave me a form called FORM A to fill of which I filled in the details. In the mode of transfer section of the form, I wrote TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER. After that, he gave me a plane sheet of paper where I wrote a letter addressed to the branch manager, asking him/her to debit from my account the naira equivalent of 8090Euros and credit it to my deustchebank account( at this point I filled in all the details in the letter sent by deustchebank as confirmation for opening account with them). I also wrote the purpose of payment as fees and living cost for visa.
After that, I gave the man soft copies of the following;
1. my admission letter
2. letter sent by deustchebank confirming my account opening.
3. Scanned international passport
4. First degree certificate.
After submitting all these documents and doing all that, I left.
The exchange rate used for me was 219.5
Charges were okay.
I didn't buy any euro from anywhere or anyone
I have got my confirmation of deposit stating my account was credited with 8105 Euros.
Thanks all.

The name of the University is usually indicated on the visa. The embassy can't change it after issuing visa, probably before but u can after u arrive Germany.
I emailed them the day after my interview and I was told later in the evening via a mail that they've changed it.
